Great hotel, large rooms with beautiful views! The staff we so accommodating & so genuinely nice. Wish we could of stayed here longer!

We had a great stayig in Hotel Alpenhof in Unterbäch. The location of the hotel was amazing and the hotel itself and room was super nice. The best part was a stunning mountain view! Service was as well friendly and helpfull and they took into account our wish relating a room with a mountain view. I really felt as wellcome to the hotel and it felt that they really care about their customers. Maybe only minusis where the breakfast (lack of fresh vegetables) and lack of air-condition in a room.

Einen Aufenthalt im Alpenhof in Unterbäch ist absolut empfehlenswert. - sehr gute Lage (ÖV, Skilift, Bus...) - wunderbare Kulisse (ruhig, umgeben von Natur, Lichtblumen im März blühen überall, Berge) - sehr freundliches und offenes Personal, sehr wertschätzend, reibunglose Organisation. - sehr feine Kost, grosse Auswahl and Nachtessen, feines Frühstückbuffet - sehr gepflegt, sauber und schöne Zimmer Ich würde definitiv nochmals hingehen.

Service efficace et souriant en toute occasion.
À 50 mètres de plusieurs services, info-tourisme, le remonte-pente de ski, la cabine du téléphérique…
Seule petite déception: une bouilloire dans la chambre.
J’étais venu pour 24 heures, j’ai prolongé pour 3 autres journée.

Super réceptionniste à l’écoute car un problème d’annulation, Toute l’équipe super sympathique et très efficace. Très bon restaurant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner très complet et servi avec un grand sourire. Merci encore.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in der richtigen Grösse. Das Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig und fein. Das 4 Gang Menü bei der Halbpension startet mit dem Salat Buffet mit grosser Auswahl. Das weitere essen ist hervorragen so wie die Wein Empfehlung des Personals.

Das familiär geführte Hotel verfügt über ein äusserst engagiertes und aufmerksames junges Top-Team, welches sich grösste Mühe gibt, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind äusserst sauber und grosszügig, einzig das etwas ältere, aber dennoch grosse und saubere Bad war ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, wessen sich aber die Betreiberfamilie bewusst ist und Renovationen bereits eingeplant hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer frisch und sehr reichhaltig, wie auch das Abendessen mit lokalen Produkten von einer ausgezeichneten Qualität war, sowohl was Lebensmittel wie auch Geschmack betrifft. Ein wirklich grosses Lob und Danke für die paar Tage bei Euch ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Bel hôtel typique
Personnel très avenant et sympathique. Le grand point fort selon moi
Bémol pour le petit déjeuner. J’aurais préféré un petit déjeuner local. Les croissants sont surgelés et pas bons. Le pain est bon mais surgelé également. Les confitures sont industrielles, le fromage vient du super marché.
Grande propreté de l’hôtel et la chambre.
