Bienvenue en 1990, malheureusement rien ne va dans cet établissement. La réception et les parties communes vous feront penser à une maison de retraite avec son sol plastique et son odeur. Les appartements n’ont sans doute connues aucune rénovation depuis plus de 30 ans. Rien ne va, les matériaux, le mobilier, la literie catastrophique ou encore la vaisselle également d’époque tout comme l’électroménager. Vraiment aucun point positif mis à part l’emplacement. Bien évidemment la propreté est au même niveau. Une catastrophe

Résidence bien située mais appartement vétuste....très mauvaise réception concernant FREE seulement...ça aurait été judicieux d informer avant...surtout que pour avoir la WiFi il faut un minimum d internet...appartement pour 4 personnes donc 4 assiettes 4 fourchettes 4 couteaux etc..et un petit lave vaisselle et encore trop grand pour laver ..car avec 4 assiettes etc...il faut le faire tourner à chaque repas ? Ou est l écologie dot Pierre et vacances nous a envoyé en 4 pages ? Chaises abîmées, canapé pleins de taches et literie déplorable ...si non propre, lit fait...heureusement pas payé cher basse saison ça ne vaut pas plus...

Nous avons apprécié la formule pour notre arrivée tardive. La communication avec l'établissement est excellente. Le site est directement sur les espaces piétons et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'établissement

La résidence est idéalement située, le personnel est très sympathique et les petits déjeuner super. L'appartement est fonctionnel mais malheureusement pas confortable. Nous avions réservé pour un couple avec un bébé et la chambre était trop petite pour mettre un lit parapluie. Le lit était trop dur ce qui fait que nous avons eu mal au dos et il faisait froid. Les banquettes dans le salon manquent aussi de confort.

Très bien situé dans un environnement très agréable
Studio bien équipé. Seul bémol le couchage principal est un canapé convertible assez usé et peu confortable

Très très bonne résidence de vacances appartement très très propre et très bien équipé. Résidence calme avec des parcs et jardins juste à côté pour se promener à pieds . Cartier et résidence tres calme .Parc pour les enfants juste a cote La plage est à 5 min à pied parfait pas besoin de prendre la voiture . Il y a toutes les commodités juste autour. Nous venons très souvent à cette résidence et je la recommande les yeux fermés. La plage est très bien également.

Horrible, une vingtaine de personnes qui hurlent en permanence dans l’espace commun, à la piscine, dans les jardins de 13h00 à 1h00 du matin, on ne peut pas rester sur la terrasse, accès piscine impossible, nous avons prévenu la direction qui s’en fout… on ne reviendra jamais, aucun respect, aucune éducation.

Établissement et chambre propre dans l’ensemble mais petit bémol car odeur d’urine dans les toilettes et salle d’eau à notre arrivée + la durée de notre séjour (location pour une seule nuit).
Draps et serviettes propres donc ok. Petit moins pour mon oreiller pas très confortable.
Le point fort : Accueil / personnel de l’établissement sympathique et professionnel.
En conclusion, rapport qualité / prix ok pour cette location.

promesses de nuité non respecté par le gerant de socoa on reserve trois nuits dont une gratuite et au final pas de nuit gratuite arnaque le gerant veut negocier en faisant 20 % donc eviter cet hotel de mer et golf a untxin socoa
