Good quality hotel in excellent location on main street Room comfortable although would have appreciated a kettle and basic refreshments with free bottled water Maybe offer free refreshments in afternoon with cake/biscuits? Breakfast was ok although limited choice Dinner was delightful Lounge area good especially helpful staff ensuring able to watch football Staff helpful and friendly

The Hotel has an excellent location and very comfortable rooms. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff was very kind and helped us with the information needed for a pleasant stay. The beds, linens and towels were new and had good quality. Keep in mind that the hotel is located on the main street of Ushuaia, so the size of the rooms are not big, but they are comfortable enough. There is also a nice balcony to see the street and the mountains. The breakfast was very good with juices, cereals, breads, eggs, and fruits.

Clean, comfortable, great service, spacious room, convenient location to shops and restaurants. The staff at check-in and check-out were so friendly! Brought earplugs for the street noise and slept very well. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing was that the street San Martin never sleeps and can be noisy all hours of the night. There is no way to cool the room other than opening the balcony door which lets in the cooler air but also the noise. There were only 2 outlets in the room and 1 was behind the bed. There was no chair with a back in the room which made doing any work at the small table tiring. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, cereal, and breads with ham and cheese and many other delights. The bed was firm and yet soft. I would stay here again.

Good hotel, pleasant staff, and a great hostess and staff serving a breakfast that provides a wonderful view of Ushuaia, and the bay. Located on the main street providing great access to shopping, the marina and water front.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were accommodating, the rooms are nice, and the location is perfectly in walking distance to everything downtown. The rooms are small but clean and efficient. The dinner at the restaurant was phenomenal both nights we ate there. I would stay here again.

This hotel is in the center of town and very convenient for walking to everything. Airport is close and taxi to airport is only about $4.00 USD. The room was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be more choices on the lunch meu in the restaurant but since there are so many restaurants within walking distance this really isn't an issue.

Definitely check out the restaurant in the hotel. The food is great, prices competitive and a great view of the Ushuaia harbor. The restaurant is appropriately named Buenos Vista. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities - we only had 2 nights total (before and after a cruise). The hotel was very accommodating to secure our luggage when our arrivals, departures were outside of the check-in, check-out windows. Be aware that the hotel is on the main street so the 'late night action' will be heard. Location is central and provides easy walking access to your tourist needs.
