Bardzo fajny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Jedynym problemem był dziwny zapach, który utrzymuje się w hotelu, ale poza tym bardzo miłym i relaksującym pobytem?

All the staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. I liked the high ceiling. There is a mall parking lot but quite expensive, 40euros per night

The hotel location is very good. Just next to the train station and inside a shopping mall. Breakfast was good quality.
The conference rooms were also quite nice. Overall, good experience.

Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious, great location, surrounded with restaurants, very near to Utrecht train station. Highly recommended!

The location was the best part of the hotel. Amenities were great too, super clean and new. However, housekeeping failed to clean my room the first 3 nights out of the 4 nights of my entire stay there, despite me hanging the “pls make up room” sign outside of my door and each time I went out, I could see the housekeeping cart nearby which meant that there’s no reason they should have missed the sign… for 3 days straight.

Nice hotel above the mall. Entrance is via ground floor from the mall which was very convenient. Check in and out was smooth with no hassles at all. Room was spacious and good. However, there were some stains in the toilet which was a bit disappointing.

convenient location in the mall which is just beside the centraal station. rooms are spacious and not a bad view. everything is good. recommended
