Nice hotel, friendly staff, affordable business hotel, conveniently location at just 2 minutes from station. Good breakfast. Clean ambience. Close to river, walkable distance. Many restaurants nearby including McD. Recommended. Has a bus interchange close by. Tokyo Airport has direct bus to the bus stop just in front of this hotel as well. 40mins by Shinkansen to this place from Tokyo station. Even if you have work at Kitsuregawa, would suggest to stay in this place and take local train to commute.

The room is small, including the bathroom. But it was enough for one person to sleep. The free amenities were small and there was no comb or shower cap, but I thought it was okay because I could stay cheaper than other hotels in the neighborhood.
Overall there was a feeling of cleanliness, and the staff was polite and nice.
The freshly baked bread for breakfast was more than expected! There were croissants, egg bread and apple bread, but I was surprised that they were all delicious.
It was really just the right amount for me, who didn't need the amount of breakfast buffet.
If I have a chance to go to Utsunomiya again, I think I will use it next time.

We used this ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (see photo attachment with 21m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160 cm). This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. The ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ is about 120cm long, so if you are a general person, you will not feel tight, and ｼｬﾜｰﾍｯﾄﾞ is also very good to use. What's interesting is that in general ﾎﾃﾙ, when you get off ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀ, there's a monotonous long corridor that follows the room, but here's a decoration that made Otani Ishi ﾓﾁｰﾌ, so it gives you a ﾁｮｯﾄｵｼｬﾚ atmosphere. ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ･ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ I don't know, but ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽｼﾝｸﾞﾙ is also 140cm long, and it is secured ｽﾍﾟｰｽ enough to spread the document. However, there is a step of about 20cm on the floor with ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ The only regret was left. Also, if you want to enjoy reading quietly, I recommend using ｹﾞｽﾄﾗｳﾝｼﾞ on the 5th floor (see attached photo) instead of in the room. Breakfast is ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪ format at LaPIS (ﾗﾋﾟｽ) on the third floor, but it is very normal in content (attached photo impression).

The hotel is not very new, but it is cleaned very clean, there is free coffee downstairs The room is very large, not as big as it has been in Japan. The service is in place: 1. I went to send my luggage first that morning. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was all sent to the room. 2. I didn't find the elevator when I went, there was an escalator, but down, the hotel staff immediately helped us change the escalator to the upper mode. 3. Unfortunately, I met a group of Japanese high school students who traveled. At 11 pm, I continued to scream in the room. Although it was the next room, the sound was terrible. After reacting downstairs with the staff on duty at night, he immediately went upstairs to deal with it. Unlike some hotels, I am not afraid to offend the guests. The only drawback is that although there are many washing machines, the high school students who travel are occupied, either washed or not put money in the washing machine, I hope that there are countermeasures to deal with this situation.

As the title suggests, we used it for the previous night of golf. It is a 2 minute car ride from the Kanuma interchange. There is a convenience store nearby and used it for shopping and GoTo travel camp coupons. As a countermeasure against infection, there are disinfectant and body temperature measurement terminals at the entrance. There are many outlets in the room, which is convenient for charging mobile terminals and tablets. Breakfast is buffet style, but disposable gloves are provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the room was quiet and very good.

We stayed for one night in a capsule cabin. It is the best for hot spring lovers because you can use a large bath for 24 hours (9 〜 10 am not available for cleaning). However, holidays and so on are crowded, so you may feel less 々 stress. The capsule cabin has a TV and outlet, and it's okay if you just sleep. However, it is recommended to use an earplug in the cabin because it is a little concerned about the sound of other people's in and out and out and the sound of the air cleaner.

The room was small compared with rooms at other hotels I've stayed at in Japan for a similar price, but it was clean and comfortable, except for the hard pillows (this, granted, is just a personal preference). The bathroom was neat and well-equipped, though I wish there were more towels (again, personal preference). The staff was polite, but I cannot estimate if they speak English as my partner handled the check-in and check-out in Japanese. The location is great; you can basically walk to the hotel from the train station and even see the hotel building as you descend down the station stairs.

First of all, the parking lot guidance is smooth and pleasant. I am very happy to have a corner room again. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well cleaned. It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

Newly opened next to Ena City Route Inn Ena. Although it is a container house, the inside is a slightly smaller hotel room. I can hardly hear outside sounds. It's comfortable. The TV is so big that it's hard to watch in the small room. The bathroom was small, but the size of the bath was sufficient. I stayed alone in Simmons' double bed and slept soundly. It's a bit inconvenient because the front desk is far away, but it's convenient to have your own car when you open the door. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and Hot Mott nearby, making it convenient.
