My husband booked this place for my birthday and it truly was one of the worst experiences ever! The management are greedy for one thing only and that is money they do not care about guests. We arrived late at night to a very dishevelled looking entrance, a member of staff emerged from somewhere and showed us to our room, no welcome drinks nothing. Upon entering the room a cheap air freshener smell hit us, this i realised was to mask the smell of the sewage. The room was also very dated looking, along with tatty furniture, old rug and a very dated unkempt looking bathroom. I was very upset as my husband had paid £550 per night for this! There was no welcome note or Happy Birthday or any personal touch (they will only do anything if you pay them) we have stayed at countless hotels over the year and celebrated anniversaries/birthdays and any decent hotel will at least put a few petals or a small card cake etc in the room when queried their response was "you didn't pay for anything extra", we were not expecting a full blown set up, just a small touch. The TV was meters away from the couch with just empty space in between, there was a kitchen but no bar stools or dining area, just an empty orange/yellow timber space. As the room was awful we asked to speak to a Manager who took up the conversation with us via Whatsapp, she said she would show us a cheaper room which I agreed to stay in so I can get out of this tatty room but then she said she wouldn't refund the difference as we had paid considerably more for our room and the newer cleaner room was very small but much costs much less, she thought she was doing us a favour!, she communicated to us a very passive aggressive manner (whatsapp messages as proof) at this point we realised there was no point in communicating with this person as she had zero interest and it was by now 2am. She had no concern or care, to get us off the phone she said she will come and see us the next day, that never happened instead the front of house said they will send us a fruit platter and organise something special in the evening. They never moved us, but the fruit platter did arrived however the something special in the evening turned out to be decorating the table outside without any food/drink so we asked them what the point of that was?"again they became funny with us so we said just leave the table decoration we will go and have our own meal outside the hotel as by this point I didnt want to spend a penny more at this horrible place. The nearest restaurants are about 25 mins drive away and it costs approx £12 in cabs but I just wanted to get away from this place. I would also like to add that even water is extra not one bottle is complimentary although the tea bags are but they want you to purchase the water to make the tea! The orange juice at breakfast is cheap cordial and again I wandered how these people can justify a hefty price tag if they can't even provide fresh or semi fresh orange juice for their bed a

I booked this hotel as a birthday trip for my husband and I. Was the worst experience ever. We travel every other month and have stayed in many hotels but we have never had the need to write a review but this hotel customer service has to be the worst. No communication with humans, everything is done via WhatsApp, every hotel comes to clean your room every day this is the only hotel where you have to ask them to give you fresh towels, to clean your room, even when food is ordered they do not come to clear up unless you call them so there are flies and bees buzzing around you due to the fact they don’t clean up. There is a pool there which is freezing btw but nevertheless you need fresh towels all the time if you’re using the pool and having to message every-time is ridiculous. I am pregnant we ordered dinner from the hotel, baring in mind it’s a 5star hotel we ordered steak which looked like something I would feed my dogs or maybe not. It was cold, rock solid, was suppose to be served with baby potatoes, and there was 1 potato on the plate that too cut in half. We were absolutely fuming, told them to replace the food, waited 30mins and I had to WhatsApp them asking for my food and they said ‘sorry kitchen is closed if you need food you can travel 1km to the nearest food store’ fuming is not the word for how I was feeling. I asked for a manager in the morning, nobody came to see us, we checked out and told the person on the reception who seemed to be the only human there about our experience and said we will write a review, instead of being apologetic, or even a little bit concern, his words were ‘ok’ with a slapped on face. Worst experience ever, after spending over £500 a night. Please don’t waste your money & holiday. Pictures are catfished. Service is atrocious.

This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had and have never written a bad review. First thing the price I paid £500 a night for three nights. In this you do not even get complementary water. For this we got a view of a car park and guests looking at us I thought this was supposed to be a private villa. There was constant view and noise of guest coming and leaving the car park in there cars. The room was nice and spacious but the pool was freezing cold we did not even use it. This was in August. The food was average however my frustration on one night we were served a cold piece of steak which was not worthy of the price. I returned it back with the waiter that served it and who said he will return this back. I waited for 30 minutes then messaged back by this time my food was also cold. They then stated via WhatsApp the kitchen was closed to my dismay as we went to bed hungry there is no Restraunt for 30/40 mins and my wife was pregnant. They suggested we go out to find food which was bang out of order at 10pm. Communication felt very aggressive and no acknowledgment of any wrong doing especially in regards to the food being served cold and and then not served at all. They claim to be helpful but will always be dismissive of any points made. Constantly have to ask for towels as there is no room service unless requested when they did come the pool and jacuzzi was not cleaned and dead flies can be seen inside it. Food is left on the side everyday and there a flys everywhere. Even when the room was cleaned the food was left on the side and not taken. Our experience was very bad I would never come back again and recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Amazing and gorgeous property. Felt so heavenly. The staff is very considerate and helpful. Went above and beyond for our care take. Special mention for Beitullah he was our server and was very helpful and caring, even gave me his own phone charger when I forgot to bring my own. Highly recommend and will definitely return to this beautiful place.

I was super excited about this hotel and did some research before I came. I went through the room options and wanted one I saw online. I’m assuming a private area and room. My wife wears a hijab and this is our honey moon. We booked the room. We arrived late at night, staff was friendly but unfortunately know no English, it’s really hard to communicate. They take us to our room, looked nice but the view was completely different than what I saw. There was a big walk way and a public pool right in front of my pool. Not private at all. Was not in the pictures. We couldn’t use the pool because my wife can’t be out in front of others in her bathing suit and we didn’t feel private. People kept walking by, tons of cats which is uncomfortable and annoying. I asked to be switched to a different room and they said it’s late and to sleep and we’ll figure it out in the morning. I was frustrated, but I said okay. (Considering the room is $750) it should be perfect. I asked in the morning what they came up with, he said he can not do anything about it. I asked to cancel 1 night or get a discount to compensate. They did neither. I had no choice to stay. The pools were ice cold, they were not used. We wanted to leave the hotel to go to the beach, our hotel door does not lock, they said it’s faulty and we can’t lock our room. We had a lot of valuables so I was worried. They said just go and they said no one should go in. Idk how a hotel doesn’t lock. The ac wasn’t working good, and had spider

for the perfect honeymoon, you can chose this otel. delicious food, wonderful view, qualified employee, awesome interest of waiters, and the most important thing is hygenic conditions.Thanks to everything for Seaview Family.

As a Travel Agent I highly recommend this hotel. The pictures dont do it justice. Amazing team, Amazing Service, Amazing Location and most of all Amazing VIEW . Honestly I cannot fault the hotel. Its 15-20 minutes by taxi to Olu Deniz where there is lots to do, but you can return to the hotel to see the Sun Set and enjoy freshly cooked food. I will definitely be sending my clients there and will be returning myself too. One of the best places Ive stayed xx

We stayed here for 7 nights in the newer builds at the top of the hill. The views were stunning but everything else was lacking. The Wi-Fi was patchy, the sound of building work was constantly a problem and the food offered was below par. Their selection on the menu was limited and it meant we would have to travel hours daily to get some decent food in the town of Fethiye. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone planning to do sightseeing as it is a long drive away from most of this high up in the mountains. You end up spending a fortune on fuel or taxis to get down to Fethiye. The service was mediocre. Very difficult to get answers from watsapp which is what we were told to communicate to them via. I had to wait one hour and a half one morning to get breakfast and what they offer you is poor considering the price tag of the ‘boutique hotel’. The water pressure on the shower was low and the smell of sewage started to fill the bathroom on the new villa we were transferred to. They only clean the room every 2 days and that’s upon your request. The bamboo screening in the new villas means you do not get 100% privacy. All in all the view and outdoor space is the only real selling point of this villa.
