#好評#對床品舒適度，酒店氣味滿意；房间不大，早饭好吃，房间没有mini bar，水和饮料在走道可以拿。可惜没试一下他们红酒。附近没什么吃饭的 ，酒店餐厅晚上7点开始，所以没吃到有点可惜

We had a lovely experience staying at Conca Bella. We arrived later than expected and were so grateful to be seated for dinner at the hotel restaurant - despite it being quite busy. All of the food was fantastic and seasonal. We could not have asked for more.

Very friendly staff in service, reception and bar. Good cuisine, which is however closed on Sunday and Monday evenings. The room was clean and well furnished but dark and without the advertised mountain view but directly on a residential building. The beds were very comfortable though. The reserved and confirmed parking space was not available. In the vicinity there are only short-term parking spaces. The breakfast is very, very modest. The wine from the wine vending machine on the 1st floor not recommended. All in all a nice, clean 3 star hotel but way too expensive.

+ Panorama Room is nicely renovated, well decorated. High quality interior (eg nice bar cabinet, closet with good coat hangers…) + bed is excellent + size was good to stay with 2 adults + 2 kids (we stayed only one night) + hygiene is top, everything is super clean + staff is very helpful (guided us well to visit Como and find restaurants) + location is quite peaceful: not too touristic, charming square across the street. But not the ideal location if you want to experience Lake Como directly. It takes a 15min drive to get there (which is’t so far away, but I guess there are plenty of accommodations that are located at the lake itself) - bathroom not renovated - there is paking just near the hotel, but it’s a blue zone (free parking for 1 hour). Everything else is Payable We did not experience the restaurant but it looks like a fine option to eat, so that is definitely an added value

La chambre était plutôt standard tout en étant confortable, et le reste fut parfait. Et le repas dégustation du soir a été pour nous un grand moment de plaisir. Des mets parfaits, une sélection de vins tout aussi parfaite, et un service superbe, alliant gentillesse, compétence et professionnalisme, avec la touche de bonne humeur et de gentillesse du sud. Et l’accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner nous a beaucoup plu également.

Cena squisita ma la Madame alla reception non gentile Non attenda e non disponibile Mi dispiace, ma non tornerò Mi avevano promesso la colazione verso le 7:10, 7:15. Ma la ragazza ha detto che non era disponibile prima delle 07:30. Sulla fattura aveva messo Signore anziché Signora. Proprio disinteressata e scocciata

Hôtel: grande chambre au design raffiné et dans le respect du thème « Wine Experience ». Lit très confortable. Bien que j'ai voyagé partout dans le monde n'avais jamais vu, à l’étage avec votre carte, de « Wine Dispenser ». Pratique pour pouvoir déguster un vin de qualité dans sa propre chambre. Restaurant: de loin mon restaurant préféré de la région. Une cuisine raffinée sans les exagérations des cuisines étoilées. Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. Excellente cave. Propriété et personnel toujours à l’écoute. Souriants et gentils tout en restant très professionnels.

Eccellente esperienza luogo curato e accoglienza super ristorante sopra le aspettative. Vini di qualità un servizio molto attento. Essendo intollerante al lattosio hanno organizzato al volo un piccolo dessert per me per la cena di compleanno.

Kleines, familiäres undsehr schönes Hotel oberhalb von Chiasso im Valle di Muggio. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, verfügen über alles, Klimaanlage, Flatscreen TV, etc. Wir hatten ein Superior Room, welcher sehr modern war, mit hervorragenden Betten. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Essen im dazugehöreden Restaurant ist hervorragend, traumhaft. Hier machen sich die Verwendung von vielen lokalen Produkten und die Kochkünste bemerkbar 👌👌👌. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, mehsprachig und stets hilfsbereit. Hier kehrt man gerne zurück. Kleiner Tipp: wir haben direkt gebucht, was gerade bei kleinen Hotels wichtig ist.
