Nice stay. Room size is big. Quick room service. Supportive staff. Location is ideal at centre of the city.

We had booked two rooms through makemytrip nearly one month before. Two days before our visit a call came from the hotel insisting to cancel the booking as their air conditioning system is not working. We told them that since the hotel has problem they should cancel the booking from their side. After long arguments they finally cancel-led the booking. However, makemytrip has made arrangements with another hotel for our stay.

Services are awful. Ac doesn't work. Food is ok but the buffet spread is small. Rooms are ok ok. Location is not that great

The location is in the city center area. Food is really awesome, amenities are services are good as far the hotel is concerned. The service staffs are really good and the money spent is really worth

I was sick and they didn't allowed a visitor in my room despite having clear policy on visitors. Provided me a handicapped supported room without consenting me.
