Lights arrangement was not proper, breakfast spread was little. The inner room ambiance was getting old. Need to refurbish

Hotel is good but the room service is not upto the mark. On day 1, i locked a compliant that intercom is not working but till my check out is not in working condition. Lot of issues/difficulties are faced.

The rooms were very small. Washroom was not very clean. Also, when we ordered for tea and coffee in the evening, it wasn't available. When we ordered chips for snacks. That wasn't available either and the reason given was that due to too many guests and rush it's not available. The next day hot water wasn't coming. Overall not satisfied with their service.

Eastin residences vadodara, was best choice in every way. Big room, cooperative staff and best delicious breakfast and above all at very low price

They don't have a good staff need to make them understand that people who stay over hotel are not from there so please provide proper information and guide them to the hotel it's not near

Room service was not good. Tv was not working properly. Food menu was not available online also. Water was coming out of bathroom. Had to call so many times then it was resolved. Then they what-sapped me food menu. Problems were there in suit room which they have given us as upgraded. Apart from property is too good. Dusts were there in locker as well as omn phone and on oven. Need to fox these few things.
