First off there were several positives! Great location, manager very friendly, breakfast was amazing. On the down side… Most of the things in our room did not work, all valet parked cars the windows are left down. When I requested my car they brought someone else’s, then I loaded all my own luggage. The woman supposed to help with activities at concierge desk was horribly rude and didn’t want to be bothered. The walls were not cleaned as walls were dirty though the rest of the room seemed very clean. More Helpful to select guests and it was obvious. My child was injured as the pool has little specks of glass in the wall that are coming out and a piece was jammed under her toe. Staff at time seemed mostly concerned with looking in pool. I had to yell at two grown men to get me a first aid kit for my bleeding child multiplie times before they went looking for one. Another guest brought me items to help in same amount of time. Then as soon as the employees got the glass from me they disappeared and had nothing else to say to us.When we requested a receipt we were told since we booked through ******* that they won’t give us a receipt we have to ask *******. They also informed us since we booked through ******* none of the amenities were covered so we were going to be up charged a resort fee for not booking directly. This was supposed to be waived upon setting up our Hyatt account but was not I stead they said they would drop it due to my child being injured but we had to complain
