The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - which was a marked contrast to the arrogance we had just left behind at a comparable property in Aspen.
Facilities were very comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea absolutely hit the spot.
Bottom line is that we expect to return at some point.

This hotel staff, service, and environment was excellent. The hotel is centrally located a few steps from all the shops and restaurants at Vail Village.

Property in excellent conditions, clean, room very quiet, excellent breakfast. Hotel staff is very attentive and servicial during our stay. Vail village close to Hotel, only a 2-3 minutes walk. My kids enjoyed so much with Racer, Hotel's mascot. Staff help us to have a perfect stay!

We enjoyed the walk to the village next to the hotel. But the condition of the room was not what we expected for the price. Ceiling tiles weren’t placed correctly and you could see into the ceiling, a flush mount light wasn’t even in the ceiling. The light was hanging down out of the ceiling so we could see into the ceiling. The bathroom exhaust fan never turned on with any of the switches so when you shower and use hot water, the condensation gets everything wet including your clean dry clothes and towel to dry yourself off with. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and couldn’t even open my sliding glass door because of how hard it was to try and slide it. The area and lobby was amazing though! The room just wasn’t up to par for how much they charge.

Rooms to small and no hooks for ski clothing. Also booking with an app you always get the bad location.

Fourth time I have stayed here. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent. Room is large and well appointed.
I’ll be back! (still without an Austrian accent)

We had an amazing stay at Tivoli. The staff was beyond attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect as everything was walking distance. Will definitely be coming back here.
