Currently staying for 2 nights for my birthday weekend. Hotel is super modern. Some signs and wear and tear. Very clean and staff nice. House staff really friendly. Had dinner last evening in-house resturant. Wasn't blown away, quality let it down. Waitress didn't take the order correctly. But that was a good thing. For quality of food it was expensive at €76 for 2 people, and the steak was so tough. Very bad. Chaves itself is super pretty. Would stay at hotel again but not use in-house resturant for more than breakfast.

Amazing hotel that looks like something from James Bond movie. Huge scale, enormous rooms etc. Lovely leisure facilities, very clean

The hotel was excellent. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice and plenty of sun beds. I used the spa and Sonia was a fantastic masseuse. The food in the hotel really tasty - dinner and breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give this a five rating was that the balcony floor in our room is dangerous. The spacing in the decking is too wide and the chair I was on fell though the gap - giving me a nasty bruise. The hotel staff responded very quickly to repair the floor but not interested in my well being

Arrived here today as we had little charger left on our electric car. Staff were so helpful ash’s let us charge card to get to next super charger. We stopped for about 2 hours and ate dinner, again lovely friendly staff and great prices for food. Beautiful setting look out over hills.

Excelentes condições e conforto, faltaram pormenores importantes que um hotel desta categoria exige. 1. Sanita com fita de higienização colocada sem estar correctamente limpa. 2. Jantei um hambúrguer no Bar que me deu diarreira no seguinte dia, não tenho 100% certeza que foi o hambúrguer como é óbvio, mas acredito que tenha sido porque não comi qualquer carne ou peixe nesse dia. Fora isso, tudo impecável 👌
