A nice boutique hotel with all the amenities you'll need. The location is excellent with walking distance to almost everything! Lots of littles shops and restaurants near-by.

Overall a nice stay! Only strange thing were: there are no glasses available in the hotel room despite having a minibar, (except for the big plastic cups used for toothbrushes). Asked in the reception if we could borrow some but there were no glasses available at all. The reception advised us to buy plastic cups in the supermarket next door, which we did. Those were however taken the next day by the cleaner despite being kept on nightstand and not close to bin. Couldn’t borrow glasses from the breakfast room either as it was run by another company and not the hotel.

Thank you to Preston at Reception for all your top recommendations. Very helpful! The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to most sights and lots of restaurants and cafes. Slightly poor lighting in the room and strange arrangement of the basin and shower but very clean, spacious and pretty quiet. Would recommend.

We stayed at the One Shot Mercat 09 in Valencia from 12 – 17 September 2023, located in the city centre and in a quiet low traffic street. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was as well. The airco provided for a comfortable cool room climate and hardly generated any noise. The hotel is very centrally located, with lots of nice shops, squares, architecture and sightseeing spots (such as the indoor market) within walking distance.
The hotel reception staff (Alex and Preston) was very kind and helpful. In particular Preston made more than full effort to respond to our questions, provide hints and tips, and even to suggest the best walking routes, restaurants, etc. We really appreciate that dedication, Preston! This kind young man made the extra mile by exceeding service expectations. His kindness and professional skills made our stay in this hotel even more enjoyable!
A minor point of criticism is that the room had no coffee/tea facilities, but this was solved by allowing us to grab a cup of coffee before start of the breakfast slot at 8:00. Breakfast itself was simple and with hardly any variety across the days, but well enough to fill your stomach for the first few hours of the day.
Altogether we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
