This property could be absolutely ideal, but it feels as though they have put the bare minimum into this place. Lovely central location.
We didn’t have a kettle or toaster. We never had a spatula or a knife. The plug in the sink didn’t work. The batteries for the TV were dead.
They provided us with a kettle and a knife, and a few other kitchen utensils, after we inquired.
When we were walking downstairs in the same building, we saw a bunch of stuff outside another apar**ent and I commented to my wife that I bet you that stuff is coming up to our apar**ent. Sure enough.
Again, it feels like they are investing the bare minimum in this apar**ent

A great little apar**ent in Valencia and only about 10-15 minutes walk away from the centre. There was lots of space, it was clean and had basically all the amenities we needed.

I have been trying to amend the date for over 3 months and have struggled to get a reply. I had to cancel due to injury and wanted to revise the date as the hotel would not refund my money. They have been very difficult to deal with and ******* has not really helped me get a decent response from them. Once they had my money, they were no longer interested in engaging with me once they saw that I was tryin to change the date.

Not clear how to check in. I had to ask the guest there as i arriv3d and utin was not cleaned properly with hair in bathroom and dust and other elements on the floor.
