It was nice, everything clean and neat ! The hotel staff where very professional and gentle. I just didn’t like the restaurant at night, was too expensive for the food

El personal súper amable, tanto la recepción como los camareros del restaurante.
La habitación muy limpia y con detalles modernos. Se aseguraron que nuestra estadía sea satisfactoria, desde cuando llegas que te invitan un espumante de cortesía, hasta cuando te vas que te guardan las valijas.

太小太小大房間，簡直無法轉身，前台服務很好，停車10歐一晚，車庫窄小，技術不好不要進去，公交出行方便，酒店不遠處有公交車去市場，教堂中心區域

酒店屬於小而精的那種，房間正對街道，街景很美。早餐種類不多，但還算精緻。最最最難的是，地下停車場，又窄又陡，車技不行的千萬別去停，太驚心動魄了！服務不錯，都很熱情！

Room was very clean and the property was quiet, we haven't heard any other guests form next rooms. Staff was very friendly, it's very convenient that you can rent a bike from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty but they can offer wider choice of hams and cheese.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. All staff were fantastic from receptionists to Bar and catering staff, Cleaning staff. Excellent menu and Buffet Breakfast. Hotel is well located near bus and metro routes. Loads to do in Valencia. Eventhough it was December the weather was lovely up to 23 degrees. Taxi booked by Hotel is 20 eur to Airport.

Unimpressed & disappointed. Meant to have a queen size bed, but the bed was more like a single. Was given a voucher for a welcome drink but not able to use it. First night I thought I would try the restaurant was there early (for Spain), probably around 6:30 to 7:00, a waitress told me to “sit anywhere” as the restaurant was only 20% full. Ten minutes later while waiting to be served was told I couldn’t sit where I was and I must move. I was asked to sit in the back of the empty restaurant. So, I ended up having a really nice meal at a local restaurant. The next night I had plans but after dinner thought I would give them a second chance and have a (after dinner) drink at the bar. Ordered a beer and was told I could not use my welcome drink voucher as it had to be used earlier in the night only, not a welcoming gesture at all. Very small room. Hotel is a long way from old town area - a good 30-40 minute walk walk.
