Booked for two but was given a big room with three beds!
Very convenient, there is carrefour express, five guys and popeyes chicken within a few mins walk

friendly staff, perfect location between the historic yet newly renovated city centre, on walking distance from the train station. The rooms are somewhat small but it does the total experience makes up for this.

Very heart of Valencia! Walking distance to most attractions and tons of restaurants. The breakfast was good quality containing English and Mediterranean foods. I would recommend for short stay. Plus added bonus, our room had a small balcony.

Buen hotel, cumple con lo esperado para el precio. La puerta del baño es corrediza por lo que se escucha el ruido en la habitación. El desayuno es hasta las 11am y no más, te corren del lugar para que desayunen los empleados, por mi parte no hubiera tenido problema en compartir el espacio, pero supongo que son sus reglas. Muy bien ubicado y personal de recepción muy amable.

For the price, i think it was okay overall since the location is a convenient location, right in the heart of everything. However property and the room was so outdated , not clean at all. Because we were just one nighters, i didnt make a big deal out of it. The bed was broken, room was dirty and all. The broken bed was all taken care of right away- guest relations are good. But they need to do better on the housekeeping! I would not come back to this hotel, i would avoid it next time for sure.

Was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t have breakfast in the hotel as it was closed for reservations work which it didn’t state this when booking the hotel 2 weeks prior to the stay

The perfect location for a visit to Valencia. The hotel is clean, tidy, and very close to shopping/food. The room was fantastic, and overlooked the square. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall a great stay, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.
