還行吧，酒店服務態度很好，設施嘛，一般，但是地理位置非常好，所以商務出行應該是一個不錯的選擇

El personal muy agradable y servicial. Hemos pasado solo una noche sin desayuno pero se veía que la cafetería estaba bastante bien. En general estaba todo muy limpio y confortable.

Lovely hotel, really clean, the room is lovely bed is really comfy and the shower is perfect. The bar downstairs is a lovely little bar to grab a drink and the breakfast is great value for money. All the staff are really friendly. Would stay again

Hotel Kramer was excellent! The restaurant downstairs and the hotel and restaurant staff really set this hotel apart from other hotels. They were kind when we were jet lagged, when we were rushed for a big day of activities, and when we were overwhelmed with traveling with a child. They had great touch points like the bike rentals, and they surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine for my husbands birthday. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room but rooms floors need fixing. Breakfast was small but included all necessary and it was good.
