When I arrived at the hotel there was a power outage, so I could not activate the intercom until the guest attendant came and opened the door. The elevator did not work and the room was dark. One of the guests called the service and they arrived quite quickly to take care of the problem and were very kind

Great location in centre of Valencia. Loved the easy self check-in codes. Room was a fantastic size, with a great shower and comfy bed. Only downside was having to come back in the middle of our second day to pay the bill as there was no one there at our check-in, or the following morning… if no-one generally there for reception might be best to offer a pay online facility so guests don’t have to interrupt their plans.

Location was amazing but the wifi was slow and didn’t work. Even the Netflix on the TV couldn’t connect to the wifi. Beds were large but the cushions weren’t comfortable. It would be great to have a fridge as well considering the price you’re paying.

What a charming gem in the heart of Valencia. So well organized. Management was very helpful and friendly. Big spacious rooms. Colorful bathroom. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, market and cathedral. Good wifi. Will most definitely be back. Loved every second! I can highly recommend.

Apartamento de tamanho excelente, muito bem localizado, e fácil acesso.
Fica a desejar a internet Wi-Fi. No aparamento que ficamos, o sinal é muito fraco.

Veramente bello, in pieno centro storico a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale.
Camere molto spaziose e curate.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto vantaggioso.
Sicuramente il migliore nella città vecchia in questo range di costo.
