Bed was very uncomfortable There were crumbs on the floor near the bed Bathtub was nasty, needs to be replaced

The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. Guest services were very personable and helpful. Maintenance came quickly because he happened to be in the building. We had trouble getting the key entry card to work and we also had trouble with the toilet. Both were resolved but it was a nuisance. The breakfast was quite skimpy in offerings. There was scrambled eggs, toast and cold cereal and I think there was a make your own waffle machine. There was no yogurt, fruit or pastries. It's an ok place to stay but nothing special.

I frequently stay at the Niobrara and it is always very pleasant, clean, quiet and the staff are very professional and polite. There is coffee available in the lobby round the clock but no coffee maker in the room, just so you are aware. Would certainly recommend this hotel,

The lobby and dining area were very dirty. They put us in a room with documented maintenance issues. There was no hot water in the shower which we didn’t find out until morning. There was no coffee or bread or fresh fruit available for breakfast.

Our room could have been cleaner as I noticed some crunched up paper towel under the hvac system, a plastic lid behind the bed, hair on the wall of the shower and a spider of some sort crawling in the bathroom.

Not clean! Door was already open with safety latch turned out! One of the queens looked like someone had already slept there and wrinkled and dirty, other queen was broken and mattress sunk in the middle. Overall cleanliness not very good, worn and tired! So sad because this use to be the nicest place in Valentine!

The lady at the front desk was super helpful on where to eat in town.
The downside of my stay here was the hotel is located near the only highway that runs thru town & the heavy truck traffic with Jake Brakes going all night makes for some sleeplessness. Not the hotels fault but be a wear of this.

It just makes me so sad that "corporate" doesn't care if the breakfast times don't work for their guests, their internet doesn't work EVER when I stay there, and they seldom have front desk staff to assist. If front desk staff are there...."corporate" doesn't allow them to provide customer service!!! They even have a note at the breakfast bar instructing one cannot fill a travel mug!!!! It's ok because their coffee is the WORST I have ever tried. It tastes like they don't ever clean the coffee maker AND they buy the cheapest possible coffee available. This hotel has potential but it's not going to live up to it under this "corporate" oversight!

Nice and convenient place to stay. Have stayed here several times now and have been satisfied each visit. Friendly staff and nice inside and out. Parking lot is well lit and my vehicle was easy to get to from my room. Also pet friendly!!
