Hotel Quelle Nature Spa Resort

The best place to spend a romantic weekend. Food, SPA, people and anything else was just perfect! We were there only one night and regret not having spent more days. Next time we will try during summer. Definitely I place where to come back in the future.

Chalet Salena (associated with Hotel Quelle, just a short walk away) was a pristine accommodation with so many nice touches and even better service. The chalet was a dream, but the people were even better. Can't wait to go back!

If you want to be treated like you are in heaven - go there :) Perfect hotel, perfect staff, heavenly spa and food. All in the middle of a beiutifull valley. Waiting for next visit. Hopefully soon. Thank you :)

If you are looking for a hotel that will nurture your body, mind and spirit then please consider Hotel Quelle. At this nature resort you will expereince the most beautiful evironment, friendliest staff, exceptional food, and a variety of amenities that will heal and enhance your well being. My husband and I stayed for 4 days and I wished we had booked an entire week. We enjoyed riding e-bikes, hiking, swimming, and luxuriating in the many spa expereinces. If you are looking for a "special" expereince to create a memorable time than Hotel Quelle should be high on your list.

High expectations for this 5 starts hotel in Trentino sadly partially deluded during our 8 days stay. Location: Top location in a quiet valley where uou can really enjoy some relax with your family Hotel: a bit chaotic in the spaces arrangements, its not easy to move swiftly from the room to the Spa or gym areas, spa presents high deterioration and ageing signals (-1 floor spa) as well as our room. No shampoo in the room. 48 hrs to get a laundry done. Deteriorated / non functional recreational e-bikes. Food: generally good food despite the re-proposed unfinished salads from the dinner at the day after lunch. Always with hotel owner watching you while you get food Staff: restaurant/bar staff is great, really an added value. Reception staff with 1-2 exceptions is very slow and not problems receptive Bad note: we experienced technical staff intrusion in our room despite our NO to their demand to get in to the room (baby was sleeping). We highlighted to the reception but no feedback from hotel owners. To cut it short i think the can do much better

Whether its by railway or trailway, airplane or caravan, get here if you can!! This family owned and run spa resort is set high up in the "alps" of Alto Adige, some 3 hours drive from Venice or Verona and is perhaps one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. it has around 70 rooms and a range of thermal pools, spa facilities and saunas ( most of which are "textile free") meals are served in a series of medium sized rooms making them quieter than one might expect. Some courses are buffets but most are brought to the table. the range of ingredients and quality and imagination of the cooking was superb Aside from a stunning location, excellent food and great facilities, by far the biggest attribute is the staff, all of whom seem totally passionate about making your stay as good as it can be. i speak no Italian and little German ( the language of choice in the region) but this stopped no-one from helping us - be they the head concierge or the towel boy by the pool!). moreover , the little touches ( which i will not explain in order not to spoil the surprises!) that occurred from time to time made it clear that owners and staff genuinely wanted to enhance our stay in any way they could. a truly exceptional hotel, but one which is rarely visited by British tourists - so get here if you can!

Siamo stati in questo hotel per la seconda volta, dopo molto tempo, e devo dire che abbiamo trovato un hotel migliorato. Le migliorie riguardano la ristrutturazione delle camere e di alcune parti dell'hotel ed ovviamente per la nuova area SPA. Inoltre il servizio che era già eccellente si è ampliato con varie offerte, sia per chi scia sia per colore che voglio fare esperienze diverse e per i noleggi gratuiti di varie attrezzature.Un plauso particolare va allo staff che si occupa delle escursioni (Matthias & Patrick) ed ai ragazzi che solo il fine settimane si occupano delle gettate in sauna. ECCEZIONALE sia la colazione che il pranzo a buffet. Così come il buffet serale ed i piatti alla carta, così come eccellente è stato il buffet dei dolci presentati ogni sera dai maestri pasticceri. Uniche note dolenti il costo della caraffa d'acqua potabile a 4,5 Euro INACCETTABILE. Considerando che durante tutta la giornata in tutte le aree SPA, così come in tutte le altre sale dove si svolgono attività c'è sempre a disposizione acqua, tisane, infusi di acqua e linone, etc. Non mi si venga a dire che il costo è legato al progetto della fonte, poiché in primo luogo, non è spiegato ne valorizzato da nessuna parte, in secondo luogo tale costo poteva essere tranquillamente essere gestito in maniera diversa imputandolo e spalmandolo in altri servizi.Infine altra nota dolente le aufguss presentate in settimana alle 16:00 e alle 18:00 professionali, ma non erano assolutamente coinvolgenti, emozionanti e sembrava di essere a scuola..Ecco dove si è scivolati sulla buccia di banana...peccato perché questo disservizio ha indispettito me così come ed altri ospiti ed è un peccato. Questo feedback per prendere provvedimenti in tal senso, perché siete ottimo team.

È la quarta volta che torniamo al Quelle, ho avuto la fortuna di girare il mondo e andare in tanti hotel 5 stelle, per me il Quelle e il massimo, se si cerca un luogo dove essere coccolati, essere serviti da personale professionale, sempre presente ma non opprimente, stare in un ambiente elegante in tranquillità, colazione e pasti ottimi, una qualità della materia prima eccellente, varietà dei cibi, cantina dei vini fornitissima, SPA bellissima, pulita con asciugamani sempre a disposizione, Aufguss bellissimi con Tony e soprattutto con il grande Nicola e Giordano, insomma ti riposi, ti rilassi e quanto spendi è ben speso. Dimenticavo, camere pulitissime, silenziose e con materassi di ottima qualità. Consigliato 👍

Ne abbiamo visitati parecchi hotel Belvita ma il Quelle rimane il top: camere eleganti, funzionali, spaziose; pensione 3/4 eccezionale a partire dalla colazione, lunch light, merenda e favolosa cena gourmet. In tutto l'hotel si respira aria di relax, benessere e sempre profumata. Da sottolineare anche la professionalità, cordialità e gentilezza di tutto il personale. Infine tutta l'area spa, mondo acquatico, saune, nuova sky spa, sale relax e tanto altro sono insuperabili, ci torneremo senz’altro.
