My wife and children stayed for two weeks. It is a wonderful place in every sense and the best thing is the kindness of the work team. During their stay they were treated in a very special way. The hotel staff, always ready to help my family in any situation, people like Edison or Carlos made the stay very pleasant, thank you guys. On my future trips I will surely return.

Check in experience was terrible
Customer service is the worst
It took me one hour to check in .because they insist that I should pay taxes in Colombia .
American people don’t pay room taxes but I have to pay .Such ripoff
