Maison d'hôtes un peu excentré d'Aveiro, c'est correct mais pas non plus fou, personne au check-in, personne au check-out, les chambres sont assez vétustes, on est plus sur un équivalent résidence de vacances que sur le classement annoncé. Ca fait le travail mais sans plus...

Nous avons fait une réservation en février pour une nuit au mois d’août, afin d’éviter de faire beaucoup de km jusqu’au nord après un mariage près du logement. En arrivant, la femme de ménage (il n’y avait personne d’autre, apparemment c’est toujours comme ça) a essayé de retrouver notre réservation sans succès. Elle a contacté la personne responsable. En fait ils avaient perdu notre réservation et aucune autre chambre était disponible. Apres quelque temps on nous a proposé un autre logement appartenant au même propriétaire mais beaucoup plus éloigné, nous avons donc refusé et la femme de ménage nous a donné contact du responsable pour demander le remboursement de la chambre. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui personne ne s’est excusé auprès de nous. Pire, apres de nombreux appels, messages, emails,.. on n’a toujours pas reçu notre remboursement. Ou bien ils ne répondent pas au téléphone, ou bien quand ils répondent ils trouvent toujours des excuses. Cela fait plus d’un mois qu’on attend.

Espaço fantástico envolto na natureza. Os proprietários, a D. Aurora e o Sr. Fausto são um casal adorável e sentimo-nos em casa. A pequenita de 4 patas é também um doce! O pequeno almoço é variado e muito saboro. Bem hajam pela vossa hospitalidade!
