Excellent service from front desk clerk. Comfortable bed and room was nicely decorated and spacious. Would recommend this hotel.

Elevator not working. They gave us the last ground floor standard room. We had booked a suite. I think it was a pet room. It had a four inch hole in the carpet. It was better than climbing stairs with luggage.

The elevator was broken so it made it more difficult to get to my second floor room. Otherwise my stay was great.

The elavator was down but they called ahead of my stay to let me know and ask if I needed accommodation on the first floor which I did not. The room is nicely decorated and clean, the towel smelled great. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty even though I only made it 10 minutes before it ended.

The hotel was great except for noise from the highway as it was grooved for resurfacing which made the traffic noise quite loud.

Easy access from freeway, courteous desk staff. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Front rooms-facing freeway noisy. Towels were thin and felt like sandpaper!
