We went as little couples getaway for a night. The staff was amazing, food was amazing as well. We stayed in a king room and it was perfect. We would definitely stay at the Heathman again. Plus they are dog friendly so we plan on bringing our dog next time.

It started with the stairwell being blocked by a scaffolding, and I tried to find a way downstairs. So no fire escape case of emergency. Now it’s 11:30 at night and someone right outside my window is cleaning the vents major metal vents. Called the front desk and thought someone was stealing Copper from the air conditioning, but it was a worker they had actually hired with no regard to their guest sleeping. What an awful hotel. Hot tub water was filthy and the food was undercooked. so just outside my window. Sounds like someone is banging on a metal cooking sheet. He’s working on the sheet metal vents outside. Absolutely ridiculous scheduling. No compensation from the hotel. They just said I had to live with it or pack up and move rooms at 11:30 at night. Don’t ever stay here. You will be thoroughly disappointed. This place is so old no USB ports in the room.

There computer system was down and the one lady said I couldt check in until 4 pm. This time I didn’t receive my bottle of sparkling wine and no water bottles in room like last time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. They were very gracious to allow us to check in early as we had an early afternoon wedding to attend. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Vancouver!

The restaurant was too expensive!! A complimentary breakfast would have been great. The extra charge for parking is ridiculous.

over all was a good experience. A few basic maintenance issues that I mentioned at check out but nothing that detracted from the stay.

Big draw to stay here instead of another place nearby was the in-house restaurant for dinner. However, this area was extremely noisy with loud music blasting all over. The dinner was good but not enjoyable due to the sports bar like noisy atmosphere.

Convenient location. Treadmill was broken, water fountain in gym was broken, printer was broken, gym was 75 degrees, bathroom in room smelt like sewage or sulfur and there was splatter of some sort on the wall. I was there for 12 days . Probably wouldn’t go back but it wasn’t terrible .
