I recently ate at the AC Marriott and had an incredible experience. Aside from the views of the Columbia river, the highlight of my visit was the meal I had at the hotel restaurant. The burger I ordered was absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, with impeccable service and attention to detail that made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

The AC is overpriced for what it delivers. The rooms are clean but sterile and very lean on bathroom amenities. Our room had a noisy HVAC unit and massive amounts of light coming in the windows. I double checked with the clerk at check-in that I had a “Nice” room and was assured that I did. BUT we were right across from a very noisy conference room center (Top Floor) that was very annoying. Breakfast was minimal but was Not Included. Service in the restaurant was excellent I CANNOT recommend the AC in Vancouver, WA.

Wife liked this hotel the best on this road trip. 6pm friday one night stay booked a standard king room, platinum got us at least a 3 category upgrade to corner room with sofa bed and river view. If you’re driving pull past hotel and turn into garage attached to hotel the door will automatically open. The garage is very safe as is the surrounding area. Check in staff nice got a bunch of vouchers for bar drinks as well as breakfast credits. Hotel feels upscale and our room was spotless. We needed extra toiletries and towels asked for them on app, was delivered neatly in a bag in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast in restaurant was delicious and they have free coffee in lobby. Went to 13 Coins one minute walk from AC for dinner sit at counter its fun. Originally was going to stay in downtown Portland before our flight the next morning I’m glad we booked AC hotel instead. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really nice! They upgraded me to a river front view because I was staying so long (5 days). Even if you don’t have the view though, the rooms are zen, nice, simple, and I LOVE that they are hard floors instead of carpets. Carpets in hotels REALLY ick me out. The lighting in the room was really nice as well. I gave a 4 due to the bathroom needing a little more deep cleaning & some crumbs on the desk. Not big things, but I believe hotel rooms should be spotless. The mattress protecter needs to be either changed or completely decommissioned as it has a large brown stain on it and it was sticking out from under the clean sheets. The rest of the bedding was so clean it was a shame I could see that. Otherwise, good food downstairs and this hotel is super convientent. Parking is relatively cheap at $12/day for such a secure lot with a gate and everything. Would stay again.

A lot of reasons to return, location right on the riverfront boardwalk for starters, which has been built up beautifully with nearby shops and wineries for waterfront tastings, live music and poking around. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with clean lines, minimalist aesthetic and the occasional well-placed color pop. Modern, calming and clean yet also very comfortable and welcoming. Good charging ports and amenities in the room. Staff is on point, we found very helpful, and the restaurant has a chef and menu that well exceeded our expectations, we had an absolute blast reconnecting with friends, and had several places to gather and catch up from the lounge to the 4th floor seated viewing deck, even the lobby was relaxing to hang out. Outside is terraced and beautifully landscaped as you walk towards the riverside boardwalk, and minutes from pretty much anywhere we needed to go. Loved it, we’ll be back for sure!
