Not recommended at all
My wife got stuck in Elevator for more than 40 mins
Hotel manager was not not able to help
For 30 minutes no one helped and then we made a call to 911 and got support in 10 minutes and wife got reduced by fire department after opening tge lift forcefully
Stay away from this place , not recomended at all

I booked this hotel last minute after coming in from the US. The room had a beautiful skyline view and over all was a nice place to stay. the neighborhood felt less sketchy than a lot of places. I would definitely come back. I liked the parking as well. it gave me peice of mind knowing my car was being taken care of. 100% would recommend plus there’s a lot to do in the area!

Do not book here. They don’t clean your room unless you inform them you need the clean service before certain time and nobody let me know about this. So when I came back to the room at 9pm I encountered the messy room that I left behind in the morning. I’ve never seen any hotel that cleans your room only if you request them to do. There’s AC that looks like 100 years old and it made constant noise and I felt like I was sleeping on a construction site. There’s no fridge so you should make a trip to another floor to bring some ice to keep your water/beer cold. I was told that there’s breakfast buffet that I can buy for $10 per person. When I went downstair for breakfast, the staff said they don’t have cafeteria, and when I showed him my confirmation email, he said it’s closed. It was definitely a very disappointing and different experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
