Wonderful front desk staff. So pleasant and accommodating. I accidentally booked the room on the wrong day and they worked with ******* to ensure I had a room for the night.

We were only there for 1 night, but everything was great - especially the service at the front desk, welcome drink and breakfast. Staff helped us with the Uber app as well. Definitely plan to go back.

Excellent hotel! I enjoyed everything: the service, the room, the food, and the overall vibe. You absolute cannot beat the location! The proximity to the metro (literally right across the street), food options, and points of interest is fantastic. So happy that I chose OPUS! :)

Bed and bedding very comfortable and clean. Room and bathroom tiny.
A big clunky Alarm clock went off at 4am. Difficult to find turn off at that time. Get rid of that piece of equipment. Loud music when trying to sleep.

I paid for the upgrade in the pre-check-in email sent from hotel, no other upgrade was offered.
VIP breakfast for two benefit was discussed at check-in, although I was a single
Traveller. I did have breakfast and server suggested to charge to my room and the vip benefit credit would be applied however it was charged to my cc, quickly refunded when I called after check out. This is a beautiful hotel and staff are top notch, great location. Would be back.

First time at this property and overall we had a good experience. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. If you are a light sleeper be warned though as the hotel is near an area with lots of restaurants and bars. A lower floor street facing room will hear the goings on outside.

It is a great hotel in a very convenient location across the street from metro transit. I also loved that it is just a few minutes walk from False Creek Bay, with great views and walkways, and public boats to Granville Market.
The room was a bit small but nice and clean; may be worth an upgrade if you plan to spend more time in the hotel itself.

We stayed for NYE , we were greeted by friendly valet staff and they offered us complimentary champagne. Check in was smooth an easy. Although I booked a queen bed the receptionist said it was two double beds, but he was able to give us a king size bed anyway. The room was nice, my only complaint was the bathroom - it was sliding doors that did not stay closed - luckily it was me and my husband and we were comfortable , as well as the bathroom on the 2nd level for us faced stores and a side street with big open windows - immediately we needed to close the blinds as everyone could definitely see you in the bathroom easily.
