We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality and design of the room. Everything is very convenient and well-prepared. The furniture is good and new. There is a closet, drawers and a small coffee shop area where you can sit, drink coffee and relax while looking at the view. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom was very elegant and convenient with LED mirrors which are so great if you want to apply makeup on your special day. There were many towels as well with some basic toiletries. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is closed to many shops, supermarkets and public transportation. The hotel is very safe and clean.

For the price of this hotel, at more than $600 for one night, I was surprised to also have to pay $25 for parking. Also no slippers for guests. Location - proximity to Rogers Arena is why we booked and that was good. Just was expecting more for the price.

Good location but since hotel is under renovation, very noisy. Limited room amenities, no cleaning service unless request!

Room wasn’t ready at check in time so they moved me to smaller room with only one bed and very limited space. They did not adjust the price for the room either. Which I should have had a discount as room was cheaper. I wasn’t even offered a discounted price. Room they put me in was dirty. Bathroom was dirty, drywall dust in sink and counter. Black stuff around bathtub calking. Dirt line from mat in bottom of the tub. Building was under construction and was also not told of this at booking. Then on top of that was charged $30 for parking. My stay was on Jan 27th and have not received my deposit back as of Jan 29th.

We liked the beds, location and staff. We didn’t like the breakfast choices would like to see a coffee shop in the hotel. 11:20 and Moxies only has full dinner menu wasn’t very good.
