Very good and we had an ups grade we loved it and advise to all for a nice short stay very comfy Loved the distance and rooms are great as well as breakfast Advisable yo all Nice cosy light and just perfect We went there for the concert and loved our stay

We have been, as a Family, part of a group. The hotel was aware of our arrival, and the group was checked in very quickly, and priotizing the families with kids, as it should be. We got a "family room", which was a room for disabled, thus more spacious than the other rooms. The but is the bathroom, which was also bigger - BUT there is no (optional) protection for the water from the shower, so it is likely to wetten all what you take with you. The air conditioning was, arriving at a very hot day, still put to a quite low temperature. The breakfast was very good, the only drawback was that one of the two coffee machines was broken, so the one caused a queue.

My wife and I (and our puppy) spent a very pleasant evening at the Cottage Hotel recently. Their online reservation system worked without a hitch (not something one can always rely on) and were met at the front desk with a cheerful and efficient reception. Our room was very clean and spacious; we booked a “Junior Suite.” After walking past other open rooms while housekeeping was making its rounds, I’m glad we did, as some of the other rooms were less spacious than ours. The Cottage Hotel also features an excellent restaurant with regional fare at dinner and a sumptuous breakfast buffet, which is one of the best I have ever experienced. Room rates were very reasonable, and even the charge for a pet in the room was low. In fact, when making the reservation online, we got a pop-up screen that asked if we were bringing our Petite Ami along. Truly pet-friendly. The Cottage will be our go-to lodgings on any return trips to Nancy.

Sur place pour une formation à la faculté de médecine toute proche (5 minutes à pied), j’ai pris un studio donnant côté faculté, au calme, L’accueil de l’ensemble du personnel est sympathique et efficace, le studio est grand surtout comparé aux autres chambres. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est équipée du principal (vaisselle, frigo, micro-ondes, taques électriques, percolateur, bouilloire, grille-pain). Elle se situe en entrant et deux portes séparent la chambre du couloir ce qui permet une isolation phonique parfaite. La salle de bain est neuve (lavabo, douche et toilettes) avec gel douche fourni très agréable. Il y a un volet électrique dans la chambre. J’ai pris le petit déjeuner le premier jour seulement et pour 14 euros il est très varié et complet (sucré, salé, produits maisons notamment le magret de canard fumé, jus d’orange pressées, plusieurs pains,…) surtout comparé aux hôtels adjacents où pour 8 euros ce n’est pas top aux dires de mes connaissances. Je n’ai pas testé le restaurant.

Tout s'est bien passé sauf que pour les personnes de forte corpulence, la douche étant mal conçue. L'accès est impossible. Par manque de professionnalisme, aucun geste commercial. La rentabilité a outrance.

Tout le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et à l’écoute.
Un endroit calme et très propre.
Le restaurant nous propose des plats excellents en goût et présentation.
Un petit déjeuner proposé avec une infinité d’ingrédients et qui n’a rien à envier aux plus grands hôtels.
