We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the room was so comfortable and clean the bed was so comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I can’t even express it enough. They were helping me plan every morning for about 30 minutes, my daily schedule to visit as much as possible in Amsterdam and gave great recommendations. The location was great, the buss stop is at the hotels door step and the buses from there can take you

The property was convenient to stay for the night before flight home from Bergamo Airport. Room was clean and comfortable…little in the way of hot beverages.
A bit disappointed with restaurant menu, not a lot of choice and because it was quite busy we were put in the small cafe like room to the side of dining area…which was beautifully presented, our table and chairs were not. Staff very friendly and pleasant but we felt we were forgotten about because of the room we were in

This is not the first time I have stayed at this Hotel for work and I have always been very happy. Clean rooms, friendly staff at the reception and a good restaurant. Now that the good weather is coming it is even nicer, thanks to the green surroundings. The only flaw in my last stay, at the end of May, was the waiter sitting at the table with other guests smoking while we were dining outside. I found it a bit unprofessional. Otherwise everything was wonderful! Thank you very much!
