Me gusto mucho la uvicacion del Hotel .Los trabajadores muy amables .Para la categoria del mismo la comida esta bien .La playa a pocos metros . para mis proximos viajes pienso repetir mi visita a esete hotel .

Hotel con excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. Comida maravillosa. El bar funciona perfecto. Todo muy bien. 1000% recomendable para todo el que quiera vivir la experiencia del mejor resort hotel de Varadero. Vayan a ojos cerrados.

AWFUL! THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPER RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THE FOOD WAS IN A VERY BAD CONDITION, FLIES EVERYWHERE AND TASTELESS. THE DRINKS WERE JUST WATER. THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY AND QUITE OLD AND THE DON’T CLEAN THE ROOM JUST MAKE THE BED. MAKE A FAVOUR TO YOURSELF AND DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE

Service nur gegen Dollar. Zimmer dreckig, Karkalaken, kein Warmwasser. Wurden bei der Buchung auf Las Palmas zugewiesen, obwohl Quatro Palmas für das doppelte gebucht. Sehr laut. Kantine eng und ein Teil Baustelle. Für jeden Gefallen muss man Dollars geben. Cocktails an der Bar grottenschlecht. Essen mittelmäßig. Strand sehr gut.

Mi experiencia con la reserva de este hotel ha sido horrible,puesto que reserve un tipo de habitación estándar y al llegar a recepción del hotel ,me asignaron la habitación de la sección economica que se encuentra a dos calles de las instalaciones del hotel starfish cuatro palmas ,son como unos alojamientos a parte del hotel principal ,decepcionante ,en el hotel en Cuba me dicen que en trip.com donde hice la reserva ,no son muy explícitos a la hora de hacer la reserva ,no te dan todos los detalles ,la puerta de la habitación que conlleva al balcón ,tenía problemas al cerrar ,nos teníamos que desplazar casi dos calles para ir al hotel ,donde estaba los restaurant ,piscina y demás servicios ,horrible la experiencia

I love this place! Its location in town is the best in our opinion. We like spending lots of time out and about. This is our 3rd visit to this resort. The first two times were in the Las Palmas section which we didn't mind at all. It always felt like having our own little apar**ent in Varadero. This time we were in the main area by the pool. Initially we were under the understanding that we were to be poolside but ended up with our balcony facing the street directly across from Calle 62. The music goes for hours so arranged to change rooms which did take a couple of days. We never were out of hot water, although you need to run the water for a while and wait for it to get to you. A little trouble with a clogged sink drain but was fixed quickly. The first room did not have a working safe so just carried anything important with me. Marianna at the front desk was always very nice and accommodating helping with the move. Just a side note, anyone who gets upset with being in the Las Palmas section I would say don't worry about it. The rooms we have experienced over there were just as nice or nicer than the rooms in the main section and the noise level we found less than being along the main street. Also after spending most of our holiday walking up and down from the third floor its an easier time walking across the street, LOL. Our girls taking care of our rooms were always so friendly and nice. The resort itself is great! Everything is so close together. It is so easy to switch between the pool and the beach. Bars in every spot. Lots of places to sit in the sun or the shade. We did notice shortages for sure, especially fruit. I'm assuming from Covid and possibly the hurricane. Most of our evenings were spent at the small lounge bar. Exceptional service! Our group especially enjoyed the service from "Junior" . I don't actually know his real name but he was always smiling! We ate at the main buffet and the snack bar. Always found the food good. Although anything in the warmers wasn't very warm. Every morning exceptional omelettes. The pastry and desserts actually were the best we have experienced in almost any other resort. At the snack bar I especially enjoyed the fish sandwich. Varadero and the people seem to have really suffered through Covid. Outside of the resort beer was a real issue. Many places didn't have beer at all or only had imported beer. We drank Moosehead from Saskatchewan, another type from Holland and another from Madrid. One of our group went to the Beatles bar one evening and couldn't get a beer at all. We took a horse drawn cart out to Al Capones just for a drink and could only have mixed drinks. (Can you tell I'm a beer drinker?!) . We did get to enjoy a few Crystal but very few. They definitely made some improvements to Calle 62. Many new little shops and restaurants along the whole street. Outside of Varadero is a total other world. We went with a friend for sup
