Staff is very honest left my wife purse in checkout time and rhey called and informed us about that and delivery also at my destination . Enjoyed service and stay in hotel 🏨 👌

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Bedzzz Hotel, Varanasi, for the night of October 14th via Goibibo. Due to my flight being cancelled, I had to rebook for October 13th, extending my stay to two nights. Considering the situation, I requested Goibibo to amend my booking to include the extra night. They reached out to Leisure Hotels to check availability, only to inform me that the hotel was "fully booked" and could not accommodate my request. Instead, they shockingly suggested I stay in a female dormitory with my 76-year-old mother. How could anyone in hospitality even suggest this as a viable solution? When I then requested to cancel the booking, as clearly no reasonable options were being offered, Goibibo informed me that the hotel’s approval was needed. However, when I reached out to the hotel's reservation manager, Mohd. Zubair, he simply passed the buck back to Goibibo, refusing to approve the cancellation. Despite Goibibo reportedly sending three emails to Leisure Hotels, Zubair blatantly refused to help. It is truly appalling how Leisure Hotels handled this situation. Rather than showing any understanding or flexibility for a customer in an unforeseen situation, they hid behind rigid policies, prioritizing their profit over basic customer service. Leisure Hotels’ treatment of customers is nothing short of harassment. For a brand supposedly focused on hospitality, they have failed miserably. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Leisure Hotels to think twice. Their complete lack of empathy and unprofessional management makes for a truly pathetic experience. Don't expect any support if you find yourself in a tight spot; they will happily leave you stranded. Avoid at all costs!

It’s a wonderful property, located very near to famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple and opposite to Kashi famous chaat shop “ Deena Chaat” (Now world Famous to serve at Great Ambani Wedding). Very well designed rooms keeping in mind comfort and safety. Staff is really Courteous and helpful. Interaction with Mr. Umashankar was really good, he is really great at his work and very helpful to solve your queries. Recommend for stay with family and friends. Food quality is awesome although little costly compared to outside.. but convenience comes with Price Hope to visit Kashi again and book the same hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and was incredibly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, with the freshest linens and bed sheets I've experienced. Each meal was deliciously prepared and served with care. Overall, the hotel provided a serene and enjoyable atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained, and the amenities were thoughtful, contributing to a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, and quality dining. The staff's dedication to maintaining high standards ensured a memorable experience.

The hotel is easily accesible from Varanasi Junction and near Dashashwamedh ghat.The rooms were new and every gadget provided was in working condition. Toilets were clean and the room service was also good. Overall stay was pleasant. The only con was that the restaurant was costly.

Bedzzz Varanasi is located in perfect walking distance to Dashashwamedh Ghat around 10 minutes longer if really busy. Many food and clothing shops ***** with food stalls and chemists all ***** Luxa road where the hotel is situated. The staff are friendly and willing to provide help with whatever you put to them. Great rooftop area to sit and unwind. My room was very clean and tidy with a fantastic working cold air con, windows that open, great bathroom and shower facilities in the room having all you need for a comfortable stay. Great Wi-Fi connection as well making your trip that bit more easier to do what you need to. Overall I ***** with my travel friend were more then pleased with Bedzzz Varanasi and all it has to offer in beautiful Varanasi.
