Property is new and good with spacious rooms, decent service as well as resourceful management. They can help you with tips and tricks to get Darshan and other religious visits done well.
Their restaurant Silver Plate is the star of the show. they have mouthwatering food across north indian, continental as well as breakfast items.
Only feedback for improvement, pls have good soundproofing done. Couldn't sleep through the first night owing to a lot of noise if either the lift or the doors of nearby rooms closing.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently polite and eager to assist with any requests. Located within a 10-minute walk of the iconic kashi vishwanath temple, the hotel offered a convenient base for exploring the city. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and i was pleasantly surprised by the selection of banaras sarees available in their boutique.

Suitable for proximity to temple but very inconvenient due to heavy traffic in the area as entry of cars, taxis, rickshaws is prohibited duringthetouristseason. So you-have to drag your luggage to the hotel. No one comes from the hotel to help. Room size is too small, no window or ventilation. Food average and service is too slow. Though the staff is courteous amenities and cleanliness in the room are fine. I had high hopes reading the reviews on make my trip but i'm sorry to say, the reviews didn't match my experience.

Hotel hardik palacio has spacious rooms. Good and warm staff to take care of you. Silver plate restaurant has good delicious food. Hotel is in prime area which makes visiting ghats and vishwanath temple within walking distance. Overall good experience.

Location of the hotel is good, nearby walking distance to all major places. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Staff service was good. Overall it was beyond our expectations to find such a great hotel at the price which is comparatively lower than other hotels. During checkout, hotel manager also gave a some gifts, it was really a good gesture.
