Öalışanlar güler yüzlü, odalar temiz. Samos feribot iskelesinin tam karşısında. Konumu çok iyi.

사모스 섬에서는 나름 괜찮은 호텔을 갔다고 평가하는 것 같습니다만 일반적인 도시의 호텔과는 비교할때 조금 아쉬움이 남을 듯 합니다 시설은 사모스 섬에서는 현대화된 도시의 호텔 과는 조금 차이가 있습니다. 참 무엇보다 중요한 것은 호텔 이름이 사모스 시티 호텔이 아니라 그냥 사모스 호텔입니다

Hotel in need of major remodeling. No water pressure in bathroom sinks...reported 3 times...nothing done. Breakfast ice cold...very limited...never replenished. Staff kind and well intended, but totally ineffective.

This hotel's crowning glory is its rooftop pool. Lovely area with great views out towards the sea. It has comfy seabeds and towels are provided. Staff in the area are helpful. I had a sea view with a balcony. A must if staying at this hotel as the rooms are basic to say the least. Paper thin walls. Very small bathrooms but nice products. The room was clean and the ladies who clean them are friendly and hard working. Breakfast can we eaten outside with views of the harbour. Rolls, cake, cheese, meat, cereals and salad stuff. The coffee is poor and the 'juice' squash. The young man who clears the tables is efficient and takes a pride in doing a good job and is a credit to the hotel. I didn't like the cats and dogs joining me at breakfast, nor the loud group of Americans who were staying there. One spoke very rudely about me, she thought I was Greek. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Location was acceptable and general condition of room was adequate however the configuration of the toilet and bathroom sink was absurd as it was almost impossible to sit 'front on' as the space between toilet bowl ands sink was too close.
Entry door, bathroom door and wardrobe door opened onto each other and made it difficult to access these areas. Lack of drawers for clothing.

Most of staff friendly & helpful.
When new staff left to own devices, can't manage breakfast.
