Great place good value but walls are paper thin can hear everything going on in hallway and next room

I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are amazing big and very clean and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the staff are great .the breakfast is good. We will definitely go back

I stayed in building one so pool was better, breakfast was served there and staff was helpful. if you stayed in building 2 as l had friends stay staff almost non existent, pool not as nice and had to walk to building one for breakfast and it was -48C when we stayed

Was no heat in our room, should have been switched to a different room but no, now 5 hours after checking in it’s almost bearable in our room and can take our coats off.

Friendly staff and clean property. Breakfast was standard fare. Bed was comfy and room was spacious

The stay was nice even if the beds felt a bit too firm for my liking. There was a juice box on the floor in the bathroom that had been overlooked by cleaning staff but the room was clean otherwise. The breakfast buffet was “ok” due to the variety of choices available but the hot choices were terrible! Powdered rubbery egg, soggy potato hashbrowns and sliced up chunks of ham. (No bacon or non pork choice)

Hotel was all done up for the holidays, seems new and modern. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was nice and clean and the free breakfast was a bonus. - Bathrooms are quite small compared to most but the room overall was very large.

They advertised: “Cable channels & Premium TV channels” The TV never worked, no channels at all and when they reprogrammed it we got one channel. Complained twice and They didn’t do anything about it until 30 minutes before we checked out, they finally brought in another TV, I couldn’t believe they were aware that the Phillip TV were a problem but didn’t replace our room. No USB to plug in your cellphones anywhere. Pool not open until 9am! Bugs was found in room on floor! The tap to the sink was broken! Mini-Fridge was not cold! They advertised “Blackout drapes/curtains” but we couldn’t even close the curtain as they would not reach & everyone could see us undress! They advertised “Premium bedding and Pillowtop bed” the two king beds were both hard and I couldn’t sleep on them until I took a pill to help sleep! 6am came early as there was nonstop banging outside our room, so loud our pet was barking! Handicap parking none that we could find! One entrance to come and go! Toilet paper & tissues were very rough! No decaf either! Breakfast had many choices, hours were 6-9am! Programming the Wake up call didn’t work so called front desk to call! When morning call came in it ran twice but no one was there! Front desk person was nice but when asked about smoking and if there was a door in the room they could leave out of? She said yes but the only entrance was the front entrance! She was very confused. Different furniture than what was advertised!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and this was likely the worst stay due to the noise level from surrounding rooms and very uncomfortable bed.
