Hotel service is not good, the cleanness is worst expecially the toilet bowl very dirty and can't use. The person in charge never respond for it and ignore even we inform the ***agement. The for was not service properly and never follow the hotel sop and not worth for the money we pay, if can please refund the money back, and don't recerment to any guest about this stupid service hotel. The worst hotel I have stay. Thank you

The worst in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. There's no proper entry to this place it's either from the open drain side or through the smoky kitchen or through the busy resturant entry. Since we had elders and kids with us there was no one to help us with the luggage too. The rooms are congested,the flush didnt work,the rooms were not clean, and the corridor was dirty all the time,here you don't get what you see on the online photos. The only thing that was good here was the coffee,the food was ok. Not a great or a good place to stay here. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star.
