Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod względem wypoczynku, podobały nam się baseny, otoczenie zatopione w zieleni i piękny widok z balkonu na pobliskie plaże. Obiekt jest usytuowany daleko od sklepów i od restauracji, a szkoda, bo w tygodniu jedzenie serwowane w hotelu było zwyczajnie niesmaczne i wyraźnie dozowane. Wszystko zmieniało się w weekend, wtedy posiłki nabierały kolorytu, lepsza jakość i wystarczająca ilość, to było żenujące. Nie jestem wybitnie wymagająca w kwestii jedzenia, ale w tygodniu to jedzenie na prawdę było bardzo słabe. W czerwcu hotel wyraźnie nastawiał się na lokalnych hiszpańskich gości weekendowych. Również jakość napojów serwowanych w barze pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.

Bardzo zadbany hotel. Przepiękna rzeka na ternie hotelu - super sprawa dla najmłodszych. Pokoje czyste codziennie dokładnie sprzątane. Ciekawe rozwiązanie dotyczące dwóch podwójnych łóżek w każdym pokoju. Po tak zwanym „check out” brak możliwości skorzystania z opcji all inclusive - ba nawet brak możliwości napicia się, i tu drugi mankament w części wspólnej jest bardzo słaba albo brak klimatyzacji. This was a return stay at the Playacalida after staying last year. Once again a fantastic relaxing stay, hotel was spotless, food good - always able to find something and majority of it delicious. After reading other reviews we have to disagree and say staff were all friendly and helpful in both pool bar and restaurant. They did not show any preference for serving Spanish guests first. The kids love the pools but the infinity and lazy river were very cold, maybe it's just the time of year. We would definitely stay again and would recommend if you want a holiday just to relax. If you want action packed this is probably not the place for you unless youre willing to hire a car and drive around.

This is our second visit here. A great stylish, family hotel. Spotlessly clean with large rooms, comfy beds and excellent in-room facilities, including the softest bathrobes I have ever encountered. Fairly quiet in March and the pool temperatures were cold (to be expected) but the children didn't notice and we all had fun as we kept moving through the water and down the slides. Infinity pool is spectacular with views over the bay. Lots of different entertainment facilities through the day and evening - all staff were great. Buffet breakfast was very good with freshly cooked omelettes and a range of everything you could want. Children very well catered for. Evening meal was ok. Chef freshly cooked steaks etc, which were excellent, and all the cold dishes were very good. Veg and potatoes etc that were 'under the heated lights' were only lukewarm. But this is common with many hotel buffets. An excellent choice for couples or families - high quality hotel at reasonable prices. Will come again.

Absolutely loved our time here . Still looking now to book again . Waiting for any offers to come up. As we would love to ho back. Great staff,fab food amazing pools x mini golf and jaccuzzies . Just pure bliss. Want to try and do some spa treatments next time . We were out exploring most days so didn't get round to it. The markets in the town are worth a visit x

Just had a five day break in this hotel. Although the hotel was nice, very clean and the infinity pool was picturesque. The staff weren’t so friendly & I found them rude & abrupt and felt that as we weren’t Spanish we had to wait longer to ever get served. I was standing for 5 minutes at the bar inside the hotel before I was even acknowledged. The breakfasts was lovely but found the evening meals standard. I even complained on a few occasions that the chefs were not cooking the meat properly. My daughter went to bite into her pork kebab on a skewer one night & it was raw, took it to the chef & he just snatched it out of my hand. Lovely hotel but due to poor customer service I would not return.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The views were beautiful, set in the Granda mountain's. The hotel is very clean and well-kept. Lovely palm trees and banana trees. A long lazy river and gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the sea. The food is great and varied. We were very happy with our room. The kids loved it, 16 and 8 year old. The evening entertainment wasn't the best and the beach was OK but we hired a car and explored the south coast. Some nice restaurants a 15m walk away. As a mixed race family we noticed there are no staff of colour. So some diversity would be welcomed. Also mostly white families there. However, good value for money. Would recommend. Also had a facial in the spa and was very happy 😊
