1) location of the property is in absolute chos area 2)no parking facility available, you have to park your car on road (2km) away from property at your own risk. 3) owner is completely bias he is not at all responding for south indian people's
4) rooms are not at all good it's having bad smell. 5) suggesting people's not to visit this property

I had booked one room for three adults
but they gave us two-bed room. I suggest to all. Those who are looking for room near the CMC
don't go pkma residency, hotel owner and manager they don't have any politeness. Room are too small and cleanliness. Even they charge high.
