You cannot beat this location in terms of proximity to the beach. But the room is tiny (maybe 150 sq ft?) and kind of dingy - really needs to be updated badly. We arrived at 1030pm, and the doors were locked, there were no parking spaces available (and no on-street parking), and nobody answered the phone the first time I called, which was alarming. I called back, and someone answered and came to the door, and freed up a parking space (I somehow missed that this was an additional $20 per day??) by moving his car. He was very kind and helpful.
The neighborhood didn't feel particularly safe to me at night.
This strikes me as the kind of place college kids would love if they were going to the beach for a few days. But it was not at all what I expected.

The views from the room were amazing! The room and bathroom were a bit small but accommodating. I def plan to come back!

I booked an ocean view room and did not get that. I was just facing a house and the floor was dirty. I didn’t get no sleep because of people upstairs sounded like they were removing furniture all night and morning the bed was so hard you could feel the spring and the sofa couch was hard Once he tried to sit on felt like it was going to cave in if you’re looking for a comfortable stay I wouldn’t stay here. If you’re looking for a convenient location, then you found your place.

Perfect place for a staycation with my wife. It was nice being right on the beach and walking on the walking path through the town. Out door lounge area was also great to sit and soak in the sun and people wat.

It was a very nice place to stay the rooms are small yet your only there to sleep. . Wish they would have had coffee pots. If you stay here make sure you pay for parking 20 a night they only have 8 spots. Nice views from the third floor.

For the price, you can’t beat the location. Close to great bars and restaurants. Parking is fairly easy on the streets nearby.
The rooms are extremely small—if you have more than one suitcase, there will be little room to maneuver. Shower was very nice.

Choosing this hotel was my biggest mistake. there wasn't any initial thing for accommodation, like tooth brush or sheets. the room was super small and we were disturbing by foot stamps of the others. in conclusion it doesn't worth it to stay even for 1 hour
