Lokalizacja hotelu Erwin jest głównym czynnikiem, dla którego się tam zatrzymaliśmy. Jest blisko plaży, bez konieczności radzenia sobie z nocnym hałasem i ryczącą muzyką. Joshua przy biurku jest par Excellence pod względem obsługi i gościnności. Hotelowy bar na dachu oferuje doskonałe jedzenie i napoje. Zalecam dokonanie rezerwacji o 18:15 i obejrzenie pięknego zachodu słońca nad oceanem. Parking był trochę drogi; 49 dolarów… Więc zaparkowaliśmy na noc na parkingu obok lub w hotelu. 45 dolarów… ale wygoda parkowania i wyruszenie w dowolne miejsce sprawiły, że był to lepszy wybór dla naszego parkingu dla SUV-ów.

Very cute and convenient place to stay in Venice Beach! Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Will def stay at this hotel next time I visit.

Absolutely loved this hotel, right on the beach front. We were lucky enough to have an ocean view room and wow!! Watching the sunrise and sunset over the iconic Venice beach was wonderful. The rooftop bar was stunning, the cafe served great coffee and the staff were both helpful and attentive. Loved it here and would definitely come back.

TV signal didn’t work well for most of the channels but we were not there to watch TV.
Breakfast was very tasty just have to pay for it. We decided not to rent a car for the trip after seeing the daily parking rates, for us made more sense to just use Lyft. Stayed in the Suite but would probably just go for a regular room next time.

Rooftop bar closed early both nights we were there (fri and sat nights). Downstairs cafe doesn’t open until 9am. So you must go off property for coffee and dinner. Valet and bell hop are Amazing! Front desk was curt and rude, not very welcoming. Location is perfect. Would stay again but will probably look at other options first next time.

I was supposed to stay Friday through Monday at Hotel Erwin. I booked it a couple weeks prior. I live in the Midwest and a terrible winter storm came through and canceled all flights out for the weekend. The airfare was refunded without any issue whatsoever, but Hotel Erwin refused to refund me for the weekend despite me unable to travel there. I was even offering to rebook at an upgraded room price for a different weekend when I could fly out again; but they refused. Not only did they refuse, but they were quite rude about it and they kept handing me off to different people. Some of which said I should get a refund, but ultimately led to the assistant general manager who claimed there was nothing he could do. I travel for work often and this is the first time I’ve had a hotel refuse to refund me or rebook me due to missing a flight from a storm that is out of my control. Do yourselves a favor and if you’re traveling from a long distance, book with a different hotel.

The hotel is centrally located enough but the cafe is not accessible there is no room service and no one waits on you in the rooftop bar. So there is actually no service although the staff are super nice and cool and do their best.
