Świetna lokalizacja, 15 minut spacerem od Piazzale Roma, 1 minuta od stacji Accademia. Również bardzo blisko placu San Marco. Jeśli przed przyjazdem sprawdzisz w Google Street View, znalezienie hotelu nie powinno stanowić problemu. Dobre śniadanie, miła obsługa, duży ciepły pokój, bezpłatne napoje w lodówce.
Niestety hotel znajduje się na 3. piętrze, a winda jest bardzo mała i bardzo, bardzo powolna.

Super petit hôtel et tees bien situé à Dorsoduro. Le personnel et gentil et serviable, le petit déjeuner généreux. La literie super confortable et le rapport qualité prix très bon.

Winter stay in the room facing the canal. The Junior suite selection with breakfast
Pros:
classic venetian feel, great vibe.
Large room, Super clean & comfy
Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church.
It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere)
Breakfast was filling
Staffs were helpful
Elevator availble
Heater functional
Relatively safe
!!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water).
Cons
Tiny bit difficult to find
Breakfast menu repetitive (but we didnt mind)
A bit noisy at night (near to a pub frequented by uni students at night)

This was our second time and we love the real working canal view with the delivery boats and watching foot traffic. We were happy to find bacon and eggs at breakfast with many other options including brewed coffee along with hand crafted cappuccinos. It was wonderful to find the towel warmer worked!!! But it did leak. Two luggage cradles would be nicer than just the one provided. There were enough electrical outlets. We hope to return.

The staff was amazing at this hotel. We needed help with our luggage which after a 10 day cruise was alot. Also they helped us with a water taxi to get to the airport!
