Location is great, hotel staff helpful but no amenities such as water or tea/coffee in the room. Additionally no heating during really cold nights, all that we were offered was an extra blanket. We expected better for the price we paid for the room.

Brilliant location and excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruit which was replenished regularly and a great variety of choices to suit all.Room was lovely and quiet at night and bed was really comfortable. Overall a lovely hotel.

San Zaccaria is a lovely hotel right by the church square. The location is perfect, steps from the San Zaccaria dock, so easy to transport yourself from the airport. Check in & check out was easy, the staff friendly & helpful with recommendations & travel tips. The room was pretty & clean, beds comfortable. All pros, no cons, I would recommend to anyone & would stay there again. Thank you!

Small but normal size room for Venice, but with a lovely view of the church. Small bathroom with a walk-in shower. Has safe and fridge. Also has an elevator which is helpful as it’s an older building. Lovely antiques and the bed is comfortable. I like being so close to st mark’s square. Got 10% off food at the attachéd restaurant. Includes good sized breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

A very friendly welcome at reception, helpful whenever needed, attentive. I liked the way we were looked after. One small point, the bed (room603) was a little hard for my liking) I would recommend this hotel to friends

An excelent stay with exceptional night receptionist. We had a heating outage at the apar**ent we were staying. I called with the problem, we were immediatly taken care of by giving us a room at the hotel. The hotel was delightful. We did not get to experience all the ammenities as it was late at night upon arrival and I had to leave by 3:30 am.

The hotel is in a very central spot, although a bit far from the train and bus stations. It is very close to the boat stations and to many touristic spots, like the Basilica San Marco. The room had beautiful décor and was very comfortable. It also had a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi was very fast and easily accessible. The breakfast was amazing. It had a great variety of food and beverages. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful little hotel up the side street from the canal and St Marks Square. Excellent location close to everything and lovely breakfast in the adjoining hotel on the front. Very pleasant outlook over the square.
