11月上旬入住三天威尼斯聖家洛酒店。正如不少遊客留言誇讚，酒店乾淨整潔、古香古色，還有免費自煮咖啡。特別是距離各個主要景點非常近，非常近，可謂近在咫尺！而我在這裏特別要誇讚酒店前台一位黃小姐！對我這個基本不會英語且又是獨自一人的自由行者來説，我感謝那位文靜漂亮的意大利籍華人女孩黃小姐！來到酒店前台，發現工作人員是華人面孔，便問她可以中文交流嗎？雖然黃小姐是意大利人，但一口流利的華語和我交流真是讓我喜出望外！黃小姐耐心熱情，在地圖上用彩色筆認真仔細的告訴了我如何去機場、水路怎麼走，大巴怎麼走，票價多少，用時多少，水上巴士怎麼購票，怎麼乘坐。這些對於我來説真的很重要！頓時覺得心裏踏實許多，心情無比愉悦😊😊😊在此，我要向黃小姐再次致以誠摯的感謝！也希望和我一樣的自由行者在威尼斯選擇入住聖家洛酒店。相信你們會和我一樣，幸運的遇到那位熱情可愛的黃小姐！

好安靜好，工作人員很熱情，下次來Venice還會再訂這家酒店。
出門走5分鐘左右就能到廣場，非常的方便。

A very comfortable stay and exceeded expectations. The only downside was a slight buzzing noise coming from outside the building - but didn't affect me at all and in general was very quiet for what is such a central location!

Brilliant location, right next to most of the main attractions. Brilliant and helpful staff. Room has everything you would need, hairdryer, toiletries, minibar and safe. The person on reception helped us figure out when and where to get the waterbus to get to the airport in perfect time. Lots of suggestions given for restaurants and cafes.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel San Gallo for four nights in September, 2023. Located right near Piazza San Marco, it was the perfect location for us. The property is a little quirky in some ways, but endearingly so. We encountered four different staff members while we were there, and they were all very pleasant and friendly. We very much appreciated their hospitality.

The room was very clean and the air conditioner was great. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get in the hotel.There were 2 small bottles of champagne waiting for us which was nice. The room is very small. We spent very little time in the room, so it was ok. The staff was very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The location is good. It's nothing special but i would stay there again.

Very charming! Lots of steps but the sweet girl at the front brought our bags up. Perfect location! Room was small but didn’t need any thing else. So cute and old! I recommend this hotel. Great price!!
