Location is very good - closed to bus station and water bus. Staff were very helpful and nice. At the evening Palazzo looks amazing!
It was building in the XV century, so it has special character and you can feel it in the air!

Bardzo przyjazny personel nadrobił kilka drobnych niedogodności.
Śniadanie było trochę napięte (i mieliśmy stolik w recepcji?), Chociaż myślę, że wynikało to z tego, że był to raczej serwis stołowy wywołany przez sabat niż bufet. Nie ma wzmianki o 47 stopniach prowadzących do recepcji w dowolnym miejscu, na szczęście tylko 1 krok więcej do pokoju.
Bezpłatne korzystanie z sejfu było nieoczekiwane, więc kciuki w górę. Pościel i ręczniki były na miejscu.

Property was as advertised and very comfortable. The 77 stairs was a chore, but manageable; manager carried our luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Its located at the start of venice but there are a lot pf good dinning options, and shopping. The Rialto Bridge is a 15 min walk. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is excellent.

It was an easy walk from the train station so we could check in and then go back to the station and get the vaporetto. There were several small restaurants in the immediate area we ate at Ribot and it was excellent. Palazzo Odoni offered a great breakfast, the facility and the owner are top notch. Nice boutique hotel would stay there again.

The courtyard entrance was nice. The staff was very personable and helpful and waited on you. The Italian breakfast was special!

Palazzo Odoni is a quaint hotel in an older building. The rooms are lovely and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the parking garages at Piazzale Roma. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The only negative thing was checking-in. The door was locked when we arrived with no clear instructions as to how to enter. Once inside the outer door, there is a door and a flight of stairs in front of you with no signs telling you where to go. I chose the door and found an employee who told me that reception was upstairs. We then had to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs (66 steps) to our room.
Having said that, the room and service we received was worth it.

We stayed in a family suite with two rooms in the first floor. The room was slightly colder than we liked due to no heating yet in the month of November. However, the stay was great, and we all liked this small hotel, and particularly the breakfast was the best. In addition, it's location is also very convenient and less than 10 minutes of walking to or from the bus station.
