Luxury Venetian Rooms

An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice, Andrea and the team were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were spotless clean and equipped with everything you could possible need for your stay, it was beautiful to look out the window and watch the gondolas go by,the room also had a kettle and coffee machine and hairdryer,complimentary wine, juice and water on arrival. The breakfast was fantastic and had a choice of eggs bacon and sausages, cereal and pastries, yogurt,toast fruit and salads,fresh juices and barista coffee. Only 5 minutes walk from St Marks square. The room was cleaned daily. The only disappointment we had was the stair lift to the dining room was out of order and we had an elderly lady with us who could not manage the stairs and we had to carry her breakfast up and down three flights of stairs which is really unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Good decorations, room was clean and tidy. Good breakfast and location. Best part was that we have a canal view, nice to open window in the morning to canal view with a cup of coffe. Owner is very friendly and helpfull, thanks him for that wonderfull stay

Excellent place to stay. Every detail is thought of. 15 minute walk from Rialto ferry wharf. Breakfast is AWESOME and the staff very friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated rooms with all the right Venitian touches . Perfectly clean Tea and coffee making in the room. Great restaurant recommendations from the manager ! Couldn’t fault it!

We loved this property. Our room was very very cute - and we loved that it overlooked a canal. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Fantastic little hidaway just around the corner from St Marks Square, extreemly clean & just a wonderful place to stay ! I would recommend staying at Luxury Venetian Rooms anytime. As the staff say 'Perfecto Perfecto" I loved it there .... Martyn

Amazing Stay! The staff were excellent and very friendly, the room was BEAUTIFUL we really enjoyed our stay they welcomed us with wine and the room has a wonderful view to one canal, the location is good just around Piazza San Marcos you can see the Bell tower, definitely we will come back again!

great central location. Our host Andrea is a most agreeable fellow. Rooms have lots of Venetian old charm and very well appointed with Venetian antiques. Has an B&B feel rather than a hotel. breakfast room is awakwardly located within the property.

This is more like a B&B than a hotel. But it was great! Location is walkable to everything. The host was absolutely wonderful. Close enough to St. Mark piazza but far enough away to be out of the crowds. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
