This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful!

The host Chiara and Maria were really helpful! The place is well located and super clean, modern and confortable. Would come back 100%.

After booking my stay, I was asked to provide my credit card details over WhatsApp/yahoo email in order for them to charge me a security deposit. Moreover, they requested that I sent passport copies over the same media in order to do online checkin. Staff checkin is in fact not possible and I was offered staff checkin for a supplement fee of €50. None of these conditions were made clear upfront, so my advice is to refrain from booking with this property unless you’re ready to provide your personal data and credit card details over a text!

This is the best stay in Venice!!! The apartment is wonderful, clean, and spacious. It is in a quiet area off the tourist path with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were super communicative and check in/out could not have been smoother. Our only issue was that the internet was very slow for both of us - the hosts worked hard to try to resolve the issues but we couldn’t resolve it so this may be a consideration. Overall we ADORE this space and can’t wait to go back.

Very close to a supermarket so it was great!!! Not too far from city center.

The apartment was huge and even had a balcony right on the canal. Apartment was cold and felt I could never get it heated up. Supermarket right across the bridge which was perfect. Owner was super reachable on WhatsApp at the start. Explained we had to separate and get rid of our rubbish etc on the boats on canal. I've never had to do this in a property before but guessing that's how it is in Venice. After about a week of being back home. I noticed my deposit had not been returned to me. Suddenly owner was MIA on WhatsApp. Didn't respond to any interactions. Ended up having to contact ***********. Owner then contacted me. Issue got resolved in the end but very bizarre

Logement très bien situé, lieu calme, à proximité d’un supermarché. Appartement très propre, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine espresso ni de lave vaisselle ou un four traditionnel pour réchauffer les pizzas ou cuire la viande. Par contre la literie n’est pas du tout confortable c’est bien dommage et le canapé un peu ramolli avec le temps. Présence de beaucoup de moustiques et pourtant on a juste aéré les pièces le matin. Pas très bien insonorisé on entend les bruits des voisins par moment.

메일로 변경된 숙소주소를 보내주긴했지만 그전에 확인못해서 캐리어끌고 돌계단 3개나 넘어가느라 불편했슴. 청결상태는 좋으나 방음이 거의 안됨

la struttura è molto carina e pulita, in una buona zona..ma....ho dovuto pagare e cercarmi un posto dove lasciare i bagagli il giorno della mia partenza a causa di una scarsa comunicazione (non ho mai visto l'Oste)...
