The hotel is conveniently located beside the main road. There are shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
Our room is spacious and clean. Hot Water supply is good for Shower during winter.
The staff is very friendly. She personally brought us to view our room and introduce the room facilities to us.
We are very happy with our Stay here.

We booked this at the end of our Cruise having never visited Venice before. We were in a very small room in the annex which was very basic. But it's Venice, it's magical and like nowhere else so it didn't matter. We had a wonderful 2 days .. so much so we have booked again and we have booked same hotel as it is in such a good location and staff were very helpful. We spent a day on Lido beach..absolutely fantastic. My son is in Venice now staying at the Mariott. I cannot wait to return.

Room very basic but spotlessy clean which is the main thing for us. We are hardly in the room so aslong as it is clean and comfortable it does us fine. We did find the room hot but understand that you dont get air con the time of year we went so understand its not the hotels fault. The view was of a contrustion site and we could hear banging and hammering etc quite early morning but again it is just one of them things and not the hotel to blame. We like to be up and out exploring so wasnt a problem for us but i can imagine maybe a problem for some. Great location. Not far from all the main attractions Venice has to offer and lots of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel for a short stay with my partner. The staff are very friendly and at hands 24/7. The room was very spacious and the canal view was excellent!! The location is great and close to everything with cafes/restaurants and bars nearby. Also the bathroom has the best shower I’ve ever used!!! Would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to come back to this hotel :)

The hotel is in a great location, easy reach of all attractions and sights. The room was clean and serviced daily. Polite and welcoming staff upon arrival. Ideal for a short break. Breakfast was plentiful, well organised and easy to locate a table each morning

We stayed in the annexe (2 minutes walk, down an alley and up to 1st floor). Historic building, modernised inside. Good bathrooms with modern fittings; very good breakfast in small restaurant through the main hotel lobby. Pleasant staff. Great location, near Vaporetto stops S Marcuolo and Ca' D'oro; about 10 minute walk to Fondamenta Nove. Lots of nice restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Lovely area for getting down quiet side streets and wandering around away from the crowds. Only downside was that double rooms were small, especially 506 which would have been better with a single bed, plus lack of drawers/shelf space though both rooms had a wardrobe.

An amazing little hotel. the hotel is situated in an old convent. it is a beautiful building situated on a canal. the location is perfect. easy access to all tourist attractions. two decent restaurants underneath the hotel and a bar which has excellent views and wine. the hotel appears outdated but it has the perfect Venice vibe. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and has a great powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. breakfast is plentiful. the staff are friendly and welcoming. wi-fi is good in the adjoining restaurants and bar. you get a discount at one of the restaurants if you are a resident which is a bonus. i would most definitely return and highly recommend 🇮🇹

Nothing at all, small rooms without elevator, i went to ask a question to the front desk and and she didn't recognize me, I work in a hotel and for us it is a priority to recognize the guest, that shows professionalism, the truth is that I don't recommend it.
