The cleaning level is terrible as the the bedding makes both me & my friend feeling itchy all the time even we have asked for change of room. In the hotel description it said there are slippers provided but this is not true. They don’t provide almost anything.

Personel był bardzo przyjazny, uwzględnił potrzeby dietetyczne mojego przyjaciela i był bardzo szybki. Pokój w stylu skandynawskim. Sugerowałbym pełnowymiarowe lustro za drzwiami lub gdzieś indziej w pokoju, ponieważ w łazience było tylko jedno (nad umywalką). Przy biurku nie było dostępnych wtyczek, a te po obu stronach łóżek wymagały odsunięcia stolika nocnego od łóżka, aby móc podłączyć naszą elektronikę.

Gdy przyjechała klimatyzacja, nie działała, zgłosiłem to do recepcji i powiedzieli mi, że mogą ją włączyć tylko do 15 maja i prosząc gminę o pozwolenie ze względu na kontrolę emisji, przed tą kłótnią milczałem. Drugi problem polega na tym, że płacisz za BEZPŁATNY DOSTĘP DO BASENU, a basen był otwarty do 15 maja, czyli zamknięty, ale pobierają opłatę za dostęp. Trzeci problem polega na tym, że oferują bezpłatne transfery na dworzec autobusowy, a kiedy pytasz w recepcji, mówią, że to nieprawda, mimo że przy wejściu do hotelu znajduje się arkusz z tymi informacjami. W końcu nie zwrócili 10 euro za dostęp do basenu, historia o klimatyzacji była kłamstwem i rozwiązali ją, gdy zrobiłem problem w recepcji, potem wysłali technika i naprawiłem to w 10 minut . Nie rozmawiałem już o darmowym transferze.

I went in August when i was turned away at the turkey border due to a visa related issue. My phone was stolen at Frankfurt, Germany airport after arriving from Canada. My friends were in Turkey and i had no way to contact them, and i wanted some sun with a pool to refesh after day at beach. Lido island is very easy to use public transportation, and this resort spot is about halfway between the two main beach areas at either end of island. The staff try hard to be helpful. Lorenzo was my guy at front desk, with Stafano running a close 2nd for insight and awareness. At the breakfast buffet, Dania was always greeting with a wave and smile, and memorizes ur favorite habits so she can anticipate, and be ready to make me a fresh double cappocino instead of using the automated machine at buffet. It was nice to chat with these 3 as they all had exceptional english skills, and seemed genuinely interested in ur daily challenges.

Staff very helpful, hotel was very clean. It was exactly as we had read about it. Others complain about things that are clearly stated on the website and booking sites. We wanted a few days to lie by the pool after a busy cruise from Venice so it was perfect. Breakfast was beautiful, we bought lunch from pool bar and then got the convenient bus to Lido town for dinner in the evening. €1.50 each, one way. Lots of Sun loungers around a very clean pool which wasn’t very busy. Lots used the beaches on the island but we didn’t. Could have got the bus to the town and the water taxi over to Venice each day, lots of travel packages for buses and trains etc. Would recommend this hotel!

Great experience. Room was clean (204), air conditioning was working well, quiet area, right at main street and close to bus stop (it s in the middle of nowhere but feels nice to walk around very relaxing). Access to lovely outdoor swimming pool (they give you towels) and tennis courts. Breakfast included in price: yoghurts, salami, ham, cheese, croissants, baguette, butter and jam, cereal and milk, biscuits, cakes, fresh juice, coffee, tea (no eggs, bacon or sausages). There is a restaurant too and food was good. Friendly staff but not all speak English. I gave 4* because there was no mini fridge in my room and it s definitely needed especially in summer time to keep drinks cold. Lift is very loud. Also didn’t have my own balcony so it felt like the room was a bit tight. Overall was a great experience and i would stay here again.
