Lovely modern hotel situated approx less than 10mins walk from the water bus stop Lido SME. Breakfast was simple…cereals, some fruit, baked goods and cold meats. If you wanted something hot, there was only scrambled eggs, sausages and/or bacon. The coffee wasn’t great…it was a Douwe Egbert machine. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The room was small but adequate. It was really hot in the room and there were no instructions on how to use the air on. We just opened the windows which helped slightly. You have body wash/shampoo provided but no hair conditioner so we had to go to a nearby local supermarket (called Coop) to buy. There’s also complimentary teas and coffee in the room. Other stuff in the mini fridge is chargeable. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Got an attic room on the top floor. The ceciling of the 🚻 is low. Attic rooms are not suitable for people over 170 cm. Habe to bend down a bit each time when using 🚽. The room itself is basic but well maintained. In low season, it costs only 50 💶 per night. It is💰 worth paying.

The hotel is in a good location, and easy to reach from the harbor. We were provided with a family room that hosted five of us and it was roomy. Breakfast was good - kids loved it. For us, it was a pleasant surprise to see photos of our homeland, Armenia in the lobby. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Quaint hotel with a wonderful location! My room on the 2nd floor had a nice view and was very quiet. Perfect size for an European hotel. Staff were very friendly. My room was clean and I loved the big crank out windows to open. The location of the hotel was right off the main ***** with all the restaurants and stores. And the beach was a nice walk, but with a wonderful view.

We stayed as a couple in October and found the hotel to be conveniently situated in a nice area with easy access to the water bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice enough with modern design. The shower is on the small side and I found the mattress uncomfortable however my wife found it acceptable. The breakfast was not great and the coffee poor for Italy but there are plenty of places for coffee and breakfast within a five minute walk. Overall I would return to this hotel as it’s an ideal base with clean rooms in a nice area and a convenient location, when visiting Venice your not going to be spending that much time in the hotel.

Bad breakfast, very limited choices, no hot options except a hard boiled egg. Overpriced hotel that is not a 4 star property. Beds were not comfortable. It is quiet, and staff were nice, and that was the only plus. If you are charging 200EUR per night, you could make a guest an omlette in the least ! Coffee was also bad.

A wonderful little oasis of calm. Located a street back from the main road so peaceful. Easy and quick to get to both the vaporetto and the beach. Staff lovely.
Only thing I would say is if you’re tall, the loft rooms have very low ceilings in places!
