Nada más llegar hicimos el check-in. Dos habitaciones dobles, con inicio el 17 de agosto de 2022 y salida el 24 de agosto. Es un hotel de tres estrellas cerca del mar. Las habitaciones ataban sucísimas. Había arena en el suelo, pelos y bastante diversa suciedad. A la mañana siguiente hicieron la habitacion y no habían barrido ni cambiado las toallas (que después de ir a la playa y ducharse se quedan sucias), reclamamos y bueno…, dicen que tienen problemas de personal, que vuelven a limpiar (bastante mal, pero algo mejor. Todo hay que decirlo). La piscina del hotel estaba verde y con algunos residuos. Nos quejamos y la respuesta fue la misma. Lo sabemos, pero es que no hay personal….. Cogí muestras de agua de la piscina con fecha 18 de agosto de 2022 a las 08:32 am y las entregue en la Dirección de Sanidad Pública de Constanta y estoy a la espera de que me notifiquen el resultado. Lo siguientes dias fueron penosos en limpieza y arreglo de habitaciones y la factura fue de más 1.300€. Un abuso. Nos fuimos dos dias antes porque era imposible estar con tanta suciedad de vacaciones. No recomiendo el Hotel para nada. Es más, debería estar cerrado por Sanidad. Atentamente. Luis Echániz
